What do you like best about Reputation?
Reputation is great that all our reviews are in one place. It is so easy and streamlined to respond to reviews and keep track of our scores.
What do you dislike about Reputation?
Sometimes it takes a little while for the review to show up in rep.com and we have to try and respond within 48 hours. I also wish the pre-populated review answers changed from time to time or may have an AI tool to help come up with more unique responses.
What problems is Reputation solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reputation is making it easy to see when we are getting a review and when to respond. It also helps keep track of our reviews across all sites so we can manage our score.

I like that it pulls data from multiple review sites as well as surveys to determine our teams customer service success overall. It's always nice to see the bigger picture.

Sometimes it causes stress when you get many negative reviews or surveys.

Reputation is such a helpful tool for our community. I love that it's become a one stop shop for everything from our reviews, to managing social media, etc. It really makes my job easier!

I don't have anything negative to say. The Reputation score can sometimes be frustrating, but I appreciate the accountability and the tools provided to help improve our score.

Reputation is benefiting us in managing our online presenence across multiple platforms and providing tools for improving when needed. Also, the resident feedback that is given through our surveys helps us gauge where we are strongest and where to improve.
