Not much to say here, always looking forward to hear about features they are working on.

Having the opportunity to see and use from beta to now has been a joyful experience.

"Reptrics Makes My Customer Success Life Easier!"

What do you like best about Reptrics?

Reptrics is super easy to use. Reptrics provides a proactive, collaborative platform that I can share with my teammates. Its three-fold purpose empowers me to track customer health with automaticity, get more customer feedback with surveys while managing the customer lifecycle.

What do you dislike about Reptrics?

I wouldn't say there is a downside to using Reptrics. Reptrics is super easy to use compared to other platforms. Although it does not have the same customization that others have, but we don't need that customization.

Recommendations to others considering Reptrics:

It's worth at least going through a demo to see if it's a good fit.

What problems is Reptrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been pleased overall with Reptrics, post onboarding. Onboarding was so easy to use with their native solutions. We needed a dedicated CSM platform that gave us more than Salesforce could alone. Also, we needed a central repository for all of our customer data (not just their CRM data). Reptrics let us eliminate our survey software due to they have NPS and CSAT built-in. They also helped us manage the customer lifecycle and identify customer churn risk and find more expansion opportunities: no more spreadsheets and lack of visibility.

What do you like best about Reptrics?

Reptricss software is easy to use and their support team is amazing. It only took a few minutes to get step up and we got new reviews on the first day.

What do you dislike about Reptrics?

There is not a lot to dislike. Reptrics does what they say it does for way less than other solutions.

What problems is Reptrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have increased our volume of reviews and the star ratings by using Reptrics that has lead to more appointments. Getting more insights using the NPS and CSAT feature has been great for us to know how we are doing.
