We are a small business and Reachout has helped us revolutionise our service engineers work. Reachout has provided us with an affordable solution to so many problems.It has eliminated any excuses for inventory issues it allows us track the service engineers time on site and allows us to invoice the customer as soon as the job is done. Absolutely brilliant. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

We would like to see some more detail on the customers being visible.

The reports we send out directly from Reachout to customers could be improved in how they look.

Try it out. It is easy to use and we have certainly found it brilliant.

We had suffered the age old problem of Service Engineers filling in time sheets at the end of the day or week sometimes. Now they must fill it in before they leave the job. This has eliminated customers not being charged for parts that were used and have been forgotten and Service Engineers trying to remember how long a job took. Also they must get someone on site to sign for the work which is sent out to the customer in he digital report from Reachout, this has basically eliminated all queries from customers on their invoices.

The extension is great when confirming email and phone #'s. It works within Salesloft which is where I do most of my outreach.

I dislike that I have to click to reveal the information. I'm signed in so why do I have to "Reveal" it?!?

I should not have to reveal the email and phone number. Seriously, whats the point of hiding it in the first place? Also, if the data isn't updated, there should be a button to report that the contact information is outdated.

Correct bad emails and phone numbers.

I enjoy the flow, look, and overall layout.

I did not like the tech glitches that occurred frequently.

Worth it!

It makes topics easy to communicate and connect.

That its a simple user interface and that all the info is easy to find.
