What do you like best about Rackspace Managed Private Cloud?

Once Rackspace is set up, it's practically maintenance free. I love their tech support! Any time I have reached out with an issue, even if it did not entirely pertain to Rackspace, they were able to offer a solution. Top-notch support!

What do you dislike about Rackspace Managed Private Cloud?

Navigating through some of the hosted services requires going through several links to get to the admin area. One click would be nice to get to the proper admin area.

What problems is Rackspace Managed Private Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rackspace handles our email hosting, eliminating the need for an in-house server or involving an additional IT person or company. It helps us be more efficient while saving money.

What do you like best about Rackspace Managed Private Cloud?

Mostly I like about them is the service is easy to use. no need to be so much techy. customer service is easy to use. payment procedure and invoice management is good.

What do you dislike about Rackspace Managed Private Cloud?

Delay in customer support. Most of the time, we have to wait on the waiting list. Need tutorial and documentation. direct calling was not availabe from Asia which is not user friendly.

Easy to use and price is good.

Due to the massive demand for data security, we needed a data storage drive. To fulfill the order, we established a shared drive with FreeNAS in the cloud, which was very helpful. reasonable price.

I definitely recommend any company that is considering a cloud solution to contact Rackspace to find out how they can save money on server consolidation, disaster recovery and data backups.

I'm no longer with Hawaiian Airlines, but I always recommend Rackspace as an excellent cloud provider.

You can access rackspace webmail anywhere at anytime. You can sync very easily to your iphone.

Rackspace is a terrific reliable cloud solution that's been fast and easy to implement.

What do you like best about Rackspace Managed Private Cloud?

We switched from private servers over to the Rackspace cloud and saw a dramatic decrease in outages and it was much easier to manage our product image library via Rackspace.

What do you dislike about Rackspace Managed Private Cloud?

every once in a while there's an outage, but they typically get back up quickly without much hassle.

If you can afford it I highly recommend using Rackspace cloud - it's a lifesaver and will add valuable hours to your team's day - so you can focus your team's energy on innovation instead of fixing trivialities.

We've standardized a lot of publishing processes whenever we make updates to our product catalog - the associated assets are all hosted on Rackspace now.

What do you like best about Rackspace Managed Private Cloud?

We switched to Rackspace's Managed Private Cloud last spring and it was a seemless transfer and their fanatical support was better than advertised. I had troubles getting my apps transfered and they did it in minutes.

What do you dislike about Rackspace Managed Private Cloud?

Some people they think they are expensive, but you are paying for the customer support, the security and quality. They are FISMA and FedRamp certified.

We've been using rackspace for quite some time now and have always been satsified with their service and their customer service.

I've found some of the interface can be a little bit dated looking and it's not always super clear which section I'm looking at from a UX perspective but overall they were still usable.
