Quadient is an intuitive mobile and web app personalisation software that helps businesses with customer-specific and engaging mobile and web experience creation processes. These mobile and web experiences are fully integrated with users’ core systems, besides being aligned with non-digital channels too. The software enables businesses to quickly create responsive, regulatory compliant, interactive and highly individualised web and mobile experiences from a single place. In addition, users can also test their mobile applications with the help of Quadient’s unique omnichannel preview functionality, before deploying relevant content. The software also comes with a Digital Advantage Suite of its own, simplifying the entire process of transforming customer data received from core systems into dynamic content (HTML5) widgets. Once the transformation is complete, these widgets can be easily integrated into mobile or web pages accordingly. The Digital Advantage Suite also allows users to block content for specific employees in order to manage and control the flow of information. At last, Quadient is also ISO 27001 certified, promising complete security of the stored data.

(Reviewed on 25 November 2020) "A Good up to date product in the CCM world"

What do you like best?

Its a next GEN CCM tool, whic had lot of options for customization.

What do you dislike?

Too much coding involved, in those case it turns out be a place where people start coding. That's not how CCM works.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its a good product, know your requirement before hand and quadient can help you achieve it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Making customer experience better for our clients.

(Reviewed on 12 August 2020) "Helping British Gas deliver a truly personalised omni-channel customer experience"

What do you like best?

Great integration between Inspire modules to create a truly powerful view of the customer journeys and communications required and when. This helps deliver a truly omni-channel customer experience and increased NPS.

What do you dislike?

Although it does integrate with a set number of other tools, full integration with different tools isn't so easy, but possible.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use CJM to map communication flow before building attributes/templates in Designer and Interactive. This will give direction and prioritisation for delivering omni-channel personalised customer experiences.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Visualisation of customer journey with communications and customer insight to help us design a greater customer experience.

(Reviewed on 13 March 2020) "Takes the Stress out of Mailings"

What do you like best?

It is very easy to set up a simple mail merge and within a few weeks and a little help from the University Forums you're soon designing complicated mail merges pulling in different letters and forms for each recipient.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really to dislike, it takes a while to get used to scripting if you need it but most things you can do without scripts through the modules included.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We, as a business, wouldn't be without Inspire Designer, we are also looking into the other pieces of software which complement it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Inspire has enabled us to take on work we couldn't do before, we had one job which took 26 hours to run through our old system, in Inspire we got this down to 42 seconds! Amazing! Implementing the software was a breeze and it has been fun learning how to use it and we're amazed at what we can achieve

(Reviewed on 12 May 2019) "Quadient can perform tasks you never even thought of before"

What do you like best?

Simply put - you can have ANY possible input and create ANY possible output. Many users think of it as a Document composition tool and use it to produce documents for print, email, sms, mobile apps... But beside this I can use it for any data mining, to create stunning reports for the management, to manipulate file system, even to create a mobile app game.

What do you dislike?

It is primarily oriented to business customers. I would like some parts of it to be available somehow to the individuals.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take advantage of numerous scripting possibilities.

Take advantage of great community at Quadient University!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have worked on many document (template) migrations (insurance, banking, telecom). The benefits are huge. The number of templates decreased massively, the maintenance is effortless, the delivery costs can be cut to as much as 30 - 40%.

(Reviewed on 29 April 2019) "Transactional Document Nirvana"

What do you like best?

Quadient processes large, complex data sets and transforms them into omnichannel documents. Performance is exceptional. The software has a massive set of features. The Designer capabilities are excellent. We are able to create layouts with complex business logic and generate high capacity print and PDF output. Support has been excellent when needed.

What do you dislike?

There is a substantial learning curve due to the array of capabilities in the software. Initial training was good, but professional services fell short of expectations during implementation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to efficiently generate documents from large data files that previously took hours in a matter of minutes. We can work with all data file formats and easily combine multiple data files of different formats. We are better able to track programming changes and generate documentation. Our processes are better automated as well.

(Reviewed on 11 April 2019) "Inspire Designer"

What do you like best?

what I like best is the inspire designer software which is very useful for production and it helps speed up the whole production process

What do you dislike?

as for me, I like everything about quadient except for the fact that you don't get a free trial as an individual unless you are an employee of a company and the free trial has to be requested by your manager. well that was the case for me. so that means I could only practice hen am at work since the license is installed on a work computer.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Yes you have provided sunshine on a rainy day.

My employer wanted me to get onto the Inspire Designer Advanced course, which takes 5 days. I had never used Inspire Designer before so I was somehow sceptical if that is the right move for me considering the cost. my Manager then got in touch with one of the many specialists at Quadient, they gave us a fantastic option which not only saved us more than 5000 quid but also gave me the flexibility I needed to complete the course. so my manager was advised by Quadient to first enrol me for an online certification which is valid for 12 months. with this, I can study at my own pace, and I can also go in for any certification of my choice.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

with Quadient, my company has reduced the production time through automation of some manual processes

(Reviewed on 20 March 2019) "Save time, improve customer experience"

What do you like best?

It's easy to error-proof your communications. Phone numbers, addresses, instructions, disclaimers etc. All of these can be created as external elements, updated once, and pushed out to every letter automatically. No longer do we need to worry that a letter might go out with an old web address or outdated instructions.

What do you dislike?

Some of the more complex features are not very user-friendly. I struggle with some of the formatting options and while I know that the scripting features are very powerful I'm a bit intimidated by the coding aspect. It's harder than it should be to make minor but universal changes and there are many times when I make a change that *should* work but doesn't.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Your letters are only as good as your data. Make sure you understand where all your letters and data come from and make sure that you get buy-in from other departments early on. This is a big undertaking and you don't want to be at odds with other departments while you implement.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're solving two major business problems with Quadient. We use it to offer paperless communication to our members. We also use it to consolidate, manage and customize our vast letter library.
