Prowly is user friendly and has great guidence for small business owners that may not be PR and Comms pros. The templates and guidence is unmatched.

There is only 1 techie type thing that I have not quite figured out but they have assistance that I just haven't signed up for yet.

The main problem they solve is having a comprehensive media database, media monitoring, and the press release feature.They are a 1-stop shop for those features that I really need to help my clients.

I like all features, everything you need for a successful PR strategy and campaigns. Media monitoring gives you a thorough overview of all articles published and the newsrooms is a great way to archive and keep all of your companies PR releases in one place. Database is massive and has relevant contact for absolutely everyone.

No dislikes but can't wait for the reports feature.

It's solving the problem of wasting my time to approach PR contacts one by one and surfing the internet endlessly to find relevant outlets.

Prowly's ease of use is unmatched. From prospecting, to campaign setup, to tracking analytics - Prowly makes it much easier for me to do my job. On top of that, Prowly solved a huge redundancy problem in my PR stack, taking me from navigating through many tools to relying on just one.

I think Prowly could improve its media database, though it's likely something the team is working on. I would like more options to filter contacts and more local media contacts.

Prowly helps me move quickly for reactive PR, easily track campaign analytics for reporting, and build out contact lists. All of these help build buzz for my company.

The most comprehensive and accurate database out there. Easy to search, save and export!

Nothing at this point. After reviewing several apps, Prowly is the most user friendly on the market.

Prowly allows me to access genuine and ACCURATE contact information, in an easily searchable and exportable format.

Sending emails to editors has never been so easy. The database is also full of great contacts. It is also great to see who is opening emails and who is not.

The only issue I have is that when they come to download a file, it downloads as random numbers and letters versus the file name.

The best emailing and database platform I have used to date!

It has saved us a lot of time and we can easily track how our emails have performed. I will definitely be using Prowly for the indefinite future.

International reach is a huge help and the email tool is very good too -- I'm getting better open rates than any other service.

I like that is very intuitive and easy therefore easy to find.

Sometimes you get results unrelated to the search.

I am able to locate journalists and send them the pitch with relative ease.

I like the database and the ability to filter and select media that fits the project audience.

I dislike the lack of on board training.

Prowly saves me tons of time servicing my press releases and makes the presentation professional and beautiful. It used to take me a full day to service a press release and now with just a push of a button, I can reach thousands of journalists and have valuable data of how my press release is being received.

My recommendation is to add a feature where users can ask for a contact not currently in the Prowly database and the team will add that journlist's info into the system.

Prowly is currently the best PR tool on the market based on all of the research that I have done.

Time is our most precious commodity and so I love that Prowly is giving me time back!
