I have used Proofpoint Security awareness training portal, and it is really easy to use, to create campaigns and to execute reports for non-compliant users.

I think for all security awareness vendors they should leave admins the option to modify videos to make more company related.

It should send out a more detail report immediately when PSAT find out the error.

PSAT can find out the email that user make a human error, lack of Cybersecurity Awareness and high risk user. Stop sending out this email to recipient that avoid creating a unneccessary mistake.

Proofpoint provides security specialists with out of the box readymade content such as presentations pdf, videos etc which can be used for omni channel awareness creation and security compaigns which are easily downloadable

Easy to set up training for a group of users or for the entire organisation. Phishing campaigns are also great and I love how I can customize them. It's also great that we can add back jackets to trainings, allowing users to read and accept our policies, such as for our users that must take PCI DSS training before handling credit card data.

Not much to dislike. Overall, it's a great product and suits our company.

I really appreciate being able to take sophisticated phishing attempts, neutralize them, and use them as awareness material. In my opinion, this approach is more effective than relying on basic templates.

I don't like that certain elements of the email, such as the company name, remain unchanged. If a user has already seen this phishing email before, it could make the attempt less effective.

It is effectively bridging the gap, making people genuinely enjoy the training. The awareness it creates has made the experience much more successful and engaging.

One of the advantages of using PSAT is there collection of phishing email templates for you to choose from. These templates can be customized to meet the needs of your organization. This is a tool that a use atleast several times a month due to it's ease of use and ability to implement a new phishing campaign for the month. We have a psat account manager that meets with us on a monthly basis to decide which template would be best.

At times, we feel there should be a new feature or process used to help train our users. Perhaps allow users to land on a landing page to see if they enter in their credentials.
