What are the best aspects of this product?
I’ve been in the business for several years now and I have to say that there are a lot of bad booking systems out there. This is why I was very impressed with this software when I started using it because it addressed all the issues I had with the other systems I had been using. I literally couldn't ask for more when it comes to the features that it offers. I've had success after success with this software, even if making the transition to it was a little bumpy. To top it all off, I have encountered nothing but kindness, diligence, and in-depth knowledge from their customer support team whenever I approached them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If there is anything that can be improved here, it is the overall experience with the app version. It could be more intuitive. When you compare it to the computer version, the app is much harder to operate.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There has been an overall improvement when it comes to accuracy in our business, whether it is regarding ordering, inventory management, or reporting. We've also improved our relationship with our customers, thanks to the ease and accuracy of tracking when it comes to the software's Rewards feature. Communicating with clients is now so much better with the text and email features of the software.
