What do you like best?
It is a very simple application but very functional, is very easy to use so the learning curve is null, as its interface is very friendly, this program is web-based, also facilitates the management and administration of beauty salons, being a very comprehensive and complete software provides the ability to manage appointments to customers, schedule such appointments in turn with professional service providers such as barbers, stylists, manicurists, masseurs among others, additionally, allows monitoring and control of inventories, all these features in a single package make it very attractive to us users and optimizes the organization of growing businesses. On the other hand other outstanding features are the booking for the business website, confirmations and reminders of appointments by email and via text message, in addition to credit card processing.
What do you dislike?
In spite of being a very complete and easy program it would be great if an integration with social networks was developed, it would be fundamental to send notifications to the clients, as to the employees for the appointment reminder, as well as to link the program with Instagram, Facebook and twitter with the purpose of promoting our local and the works that there we made by these platforms.

If you are considering a software, I really recommend it, from my experience with this program I can verify that it is a very effective tool because until recently I decided to take a leap in the software market and see how I can simplify my life, being a small but growing company I had trouble keeping my agenda handwritten and with Simple automation and easy administration of your business is guaranteed.

I am pleasantly surprised with the performance and operation of this program, SimpleSpa has greatly facilitated our daily activities with this automated program allows us to keep organized everything related to the administration of our business, as it allows me from the control and updating of inventory to nominal and accounting issues, on the other hand has allowed us to save paperwork costs and finish completely with the manual annotation of agendas, which in turn helped us to develop more our business venture by ensuring timeliness, efficiency and quality in the care given to our customers. In general we can say that it has been one of the best business decisions we have made to implement this program.
