Initial setup can be a little confusing. A FAQ with PhishingBox terminology translated to plain English would help.

What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are required to conduct training on a yearly basis as part of maintaining cyber-insurance. Typically we run 3 to 4 campaigns a year at unexpected times.

I love how easy-to-use PhishingBox it is, to set-up and install is hassle free. It's one of the greatest phishing awareness training platform that provides a complete end-to-end awareness about all the phishing activities in one platform.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

It's easy to organise and deploy the training in our organisation.

Recommendations to others considering PhishingBox?

My user experience is pretty awesome because I have not experienced a lot of challenges due to dedicated support team which is responsive and proactive 24/7.

Selecting from a wide range of templates for phishing and training is a breeze, as well as customizing the experience for each user.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

Great graphics on each option and very easy to deply.

Recommendations to others considering PhishingBox?

Creating your own template can be tricky with the built-in functions, as it doesn't quite work the same as regular HTML coding.

What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a "drag-and-drop" template option would make it even easier.

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

Phishing box is very user friendly. I signed in and found my way around the software with ease. I like how i can email the report right from this window. I use it frequently so I need to be quick and efficient to get my work done.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

I wish it would email it to me with the account I am phishing so I dont have to re lable everything, especially if I am dealing with multiple accounts.

Shows my customers where they are weak and need more training.

It also solve the issue by making some user fall for the trick emails, and that make the Admin to roll out extensive training campaigns to those vulnerable users IT Infrastructure engineer

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

Ability to have more phishing templates and lots of phishing training campaigns. Plus the dashboard had alot of features that I can easily manage my campaigns and view reports etc

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

Sometimes adding new template and tweaking the features or adding a new domain name can take sometimes.but other than that I don't have anything that I don't like all the other featuresare great.

What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

It fixed many cyber awareness problem, it alert the users about the tricky emails and have them contact Administrators for clarifications.

Great program!!

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

Tha ability to customize emails and track interactions! The reporting is also great when I need to present to customers or management.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

Hard to get domains through spam filters.

What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is keeping users on their toes and showing them what to look for. We are benefiting by a lot more reporting of actual phishing emails.

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

I like that it doubles as phishing training and general cybersecurity training. Their support is also quick and helpful to respond.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

I don't like that there is not an easy way to report phishing emails through gmail without having to setup a dedicated inbox for users to forward to. I am also unable to delete "students" from the cybersecurity training section without their help; however, to their credit, they are planning to add this feature which is fantastic.

What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was able to create a cybersecurity training program for our company. Using this tool, I can help train people on the dangers of phishing and several other topics. It also helps show just how easy it is to get hooked.

This system allows integration of competency learning within a traditionally conceptual environment Well thought out and intuitive system

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

The system features a clean user interface and diverse selection of messages (you can make your own as well). The best aspect is how well the system engages the end user on improper actions. Rather than reprimand, the user is guided in a manner easily understood.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

I found nothing that would fall in this category, though direct integration with third-party risk management systems would be a nice to see

What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Engagement and boredom. End-users drift off frequently in "death by PowerPoint" trainings, are defensive if reprimanded, and are not getting rounded training without experience.
