I thought it was confusing the next part did not have a finish option to go to next step of survey.

I like that my company was involved in the catagories that we use to evaluate performace. I also like that its a living tool and both the employee and apraiser complete the evaluation. This allows the evaluation to be a growth opportunity for both the apraiser and employee.
I have not experienced a true downside. My company has used this tool for more then 10 years and have not had any issues personally or had any of my staff report issues. It is a very stright forward and easy to understand process.
When I have issues with an employee, this toll allows me to document not only mu concern but also to see how the employee truly feels before they have seen my evaluation. This is so importnat to see how they percieve there skills, abilities and attitudes becuase that information is so vital when we want to come together and lean and grow.
I like the ability to customize reviews to different positions in the company. I also like the ability to control who has access to the reviews and for employees and managers to have the ability to enter goals. It is also extremely helpful to be able to view reviews as manager or employee to better assist them if they're having troubles.
I didn't love the 90 day review form as it as pretty basic and limited in what you could do, other than that I really loved the system and thought it was great!
We did not experience any issues with Performance Pro, it really helped to formalize our annual evaluation process. I wish that it would integrate into UKG so completed reviews would be centrally stored in our HRIS.
