Had an issue with a missed payment in error from my bank account. The 2 staff who dealt with me today at 09.05 were amazing. So very helpful, friendly and patient. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately I did not ask for their names so hope they know who I am referring to.

Paypal quickly refunded a fraudulent charge from thebestpdf.com, a known scam site. Thanks for keeping my money safe!

I don't get all the negative reviews. On the European side it works perfectly.
I don't use it professionally, only to pay for purchases, but when there is a problem the CS is always very helpful and practically everyone accepts PayPal as a payment method, and for good reason I would say.

A lady called Reesa (think that is how you spell it), she was extremely helpful, was having problems with a hotel i booked who said i would not get a refund, she done everything in her power for me and resolved the issued straight away, thank you so much for your kind help

I was a cheapskate and bought a $200 2 burner Coleman Stove at the cheapest place on the web I could find (1/2 off) and got scammed.
Paid w PayPal and after no communication w the seller and no replies to email I googled the seller and found them to be a scam... even to the point that the website is now no longer online.
I sent PayPal my sad story and they immediately refunded 100% of my money and they (PayPal) ate the loss.

Phenomenal service from Peter at Customer Support who was very quick to answer my call and was extremely polite and patient. I called to double-check that 2 failed PayPal card payments wouldn't be billed to me as I had already settled the bill with another of my cards. He meticulously checked everything on his end and confirmed the PayPal payment had already been cancelled by the system. He then provided excellent and fantastic tips in making the most out of my PayPal Business Debit Mastercard, how to fund my PayPal account on the same day (extremely handy) and how to use all the various customer payment tools PayPal has to offer. I even learned for the first time that I am able to add up to 5 photos to a PayPal invoice before sending a payment request to a customer. This level of customer service that Peter delivered is extremely rare these days. Many thanks Peter. I'm truly impressed and absolutely love PayPal.
