Yes, Paylane provides API.
We used paylane for almost 4 years and processed with them a very big amount of money during this period with a very low refund or chargeback rate. Pros:- Very nice API- Very nice website- Clear and transparent feesCons:- Very bad support. Most of the time you ask something they answer something else or a copy paste.- They closed the accounts over the night because of wirecard (even if we asked them with 3 weeks before when scandal appears if there are any risk for our account and they told us that nothing to worry they have internal procedures for this). They closed the accounts on a Friday with 1 hour before closing their office without any alert. Our luck was that we didn't believed them when they told us that situation is under control and we started the process with another provider.- We called/emailed them lot of times to ask when they will resume their service.. They told us will take days, then weeks then they told us because of Brexit they no longer can work with us..- At some point they told us they no longer can work with Revolut :) We had to spend few thousands of euros to open accounts with a bank approved by them . Surprise we never used that accounts :)) They still sent us the money in Revolut.- Their antifraud system sucks. We lost tens of thousands of euros because of it. There is no way to turn it off for trusted customers.. If a customer it's in holiday in Maldive and tries to pay with his US card it's a fraud :) Just to give you an example.- At some point they told us that in 2 days they no longer accepts payments from certain cards with 3ds enabled.. And to accept payment for this kind of cards we need to integrate their 3ds mechanism.. I'm sure they were aware about the regulation change with lot of time before but they told customers with 2-3 days before...Not a company I would ever recommend. There are lot of better alternatives around. The provider we used it now which is using ING as acquirer bank accepted our application in less than 48 hours.. and ING is not wirecard or all other small companies used by paylane to process their payments.
Paylane.com is the scam run by Karol Zielinski. Avoid this company as much as you can because they are going to rip you and your clients money and then terminate your account. When you ask them reason they will not mention anything. There is no way you can reach anyone in the company. You can try calling them or email them but you will not hear from them. Just google paylane reviews and you will see the results.
Very rude and ignorant staff. They sent me a signed contract, but never enabled full functionality of the account regardless of how many times I asked. Simply could not care less whether my company is their customer or not. Behaved like dictators in all their communication.I developed a complete mistrust in them through my experience.I would say you are better off taking the fast lane far away from ever even trying them. The difference between Paylane and the company I use now is like night and day. Thought I would save some people the gruelling effort and being subjected to insulting attitude by adding a review.
Really unprofessional, just made me spend time sending private documents. After 2 weeks they will tell you they dont want you as a customer. Find yourself a real, mature processor to integrate with.
Your website paylane payment gateway is down since 3 days. Unable to process. Filed so many complaints but no response from your end. What's the point of opening a website from which you can't process anything? Telephone numbers aren't shared either. Pathetic style of operations. Grow up the world outside has changed
