You can do this to organize a lot of incoming data, like bank statements, investment, real state, etc... in a straightforward manner. You just create a mailbox (one for each use case), then send the repetitive emails that you need to extract data from, and once you've set up templates, you can export all the data to Google sheets (or anywhere else) with extreme ease.

Nothing I dislike so far; I had some trouble setting up REGEX to improve my templates, and support was super quick to help me. I would say I'm looking forward to maybe more improvements, like allowing documents to be uploaded directly or possibly exposing the parsed data to an API.

So far it's been great, we are mending our accounting and we are using parsio to enrich our accounting data with the emails we receive from the bank from each transaction, and will definitely keep using this (even for personal use)

It lets you select what you want to parse from email instead of writing complex set of rules to do the same like other competitors.

The second best thing is thir table field which lets you extract information in a tabular format from emails .

We were receiving a lot of leads via emails. Most of the team just wanted to stop copy paste nightmare from emails.

So, we saw a saviour in Parsio, we created templates for the emails we were receiving and Parsio simplified our way by doing pur mundane task of copy pasting from emails.

Another point was, once this information is extracted from emails, we added in our crm. Parsio has webhooks which allowed us to run at automation by creating an entry from email into our crm.

It is almost magic! I am a dance teacher, not a coder. Still, I can now parse my emails and automate a process that was very cumbersome before! It is easy to use and set up. Almost self-explanatory. Getting specific data from complicated mails is a little bit more difficult - however, their AMAZING support helps you and really supports you thoroughly as long as you don't know exactly how to achieve what you want to achieve. That's a big plus. After a template is built, everything else is easy. Integrates well to anything with Webhooks, Zapier and Google Sheets.

Disliking is not the right word in this context. Setting up complicated templates is not the easiest thing on earth. However, it gets easy when their support helps you. Writing them is definitely recommended. I would wish for KonnectzIT and Hexomatic integrations!

1) My whole accounting now runs automized with Parsio. WooCommerce (and Mastera) -> Parsio -> KonnectzIT (Webhooks) -> my accounting software.

2) Regular email reports (SEO, Pagespeed, etc.) are sent automatically to Google Sheets and than integrated in my KPI Dashboard at my FlowyTeam account

If you use Zapier, Integromat, Integrately, Konnectzit, Pabbly Connect, SyncSpider and often need to parse incoming emails and PDF attachments, Parsio is really what you need. The interface is really intuitive, everything is super easy and quick. An amazing solution for everyone who is into business automation. Excited to see how it develops!

Extremely useful but a bit expensive: could've been cheaper to be more affordable for small companies
