I have always found Paperturn to be a great vehicle to showcase our products. The assistance you get when starting up and ongoing is fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Debra deserves an extra mention as she guided us through a problem which greatly helped our transformation from website to Flipbook. Many thanks!

Perfect for short-term projects

I have been using Paperturn for several years to host our Media Guide for a local basketball tournament. Several reasons why I come back every year. 1) Easy to use. 2) Good analytics to share with the committee. 3) Making updates to the document are streamlined. 4) Price point for this short-term project is better than any other company.

As long as I am in charge of the media for our event, I will be coming back.

The team took the time to listen, ask what they need from me and try to fix the issue. After that, I was asked to check, and when the test failed, they made additional adjustments until the solution worked. Thanks for not letting me wait and for being efficient and competent!

The Human Touch - Customer Service at its best

It was the May Bank Holiday weekend, and I was struggling to finish uploading a publication (admittedly, it was a large file...) I reached out to ask for help through the Online Chat. As it was outside normal working hours I did not expect a reply. Imagine my delight when Vanessza responded within the hour. My story has a happy ending - the publications are live, successfully duplicated, updated and published. But that human voice really did make a difference. So well done Paperturn and special mention for your Custome Service

I'm very happy that I found Paperturn

I'm very happy that I found Paperturn! I began using it to publish my book, but now, I am in the process of building not one but two platforms with exciting possibilities.
Their service support is quick, and they're very helpful whenever I can't find the answers in their help topics, which isn't too often because their help topics are very thorough.
I have nothing bad that I can say.
