As a user of Oracle Fusion Cloud - EPM, I have been able to gain a better understanding of my most profitable products or lines of business and, conversely, my biggest costs. This has allowed me to make more informed decisions about where to take my business. The software allows me to build transparent allocation models for profitability analysis, shared service costing, IT financial management, and tax transfer pricing. This has enabled me to see a clear picture of my business performance and make data-driven decisions to drive growth. With the added visibility provided by Oracle Fusion Cloud - EPM, I am able to analyze and optimize my business more effectively.
I have identified a few areas where improvements are needed to make this product truly outstanding. Firstly, better API and data integration with other business systems, analytics, and reporting tools would greatly enhance its functionality. Additionally, high-speed connectivity and more cloud resources are essential for effectively processing large amounts of data. Navigation is also a challenge and additional training during implementation would be beneficial to ensure smooth usage. Lastly, the return on investment for smaller companies is uncertain.
EPM provides a comprehensive overview of financials for our over 90 clients, enabling us to easily identify the units performing the best. It serves as a valuable tool for both the CXO team to gain a high-level view of enterprise performance, as well as for the Finance and Operations teams to delve deeper into specific details.
PROS: I like how simple it is in managing data. The UI is user-friendly. It lets me see what I've uploaded immediately. The mobile app is really nice. The best functionality it's able to let me view information of my clients and after reviewing them, I'm able to make the right decisions.
CONS: I don't have much to complain about. Bug fixes could use some improvement to prevent the app from crashing. In general, I feel this is the best tool I've seen in a while.

As previously mentioned, this tool helped keep our client data organized. All this in one place. This enhanced our times to make a suitable decision in a certain situation. It allowed us to bring info wherever we go.

Yes
Powerful simple tool to work with sales persons and sales teams, and service persons and orgs. Sophisticated platform that can present and crunch data usefully from the whole company and organisation, plus external/non-owned data. Easy intuitive use of the tool (browser and mobile app), does not need special training to use any of it. Lastly, lower cost than most, I guess it's lowest cost for its category. What's not to like in this product? Top quality, low cost, strong reputed producer for continuity.
For the developers too the building is simple and powerful.
Wish the global search would operate as fast as google.
Take the time to assess and evaluate tools. Software has commoditised today, it's a buyer's market. It is also a builder's market.
Medium to longer term thinking pays off!
In general, opt for tools architected in recent years than long ago. Old tech is truly bad for business. Software is akin to roads/utility.
Sales process and Service process.
Constant enhancements of the tool by us (apart from the quarterly tech updates the vendor makes) at very low costs is one benefit that needs highlighting here. As our use of the tool matures we expect to transfer more responsibility to the tool so sales and service staff can put more of their minds to their work; this tool gives us the confidence that our expectation will survive neatly over the long term. Tools are subordinate to the human mind, and have to be pliable so without much ado. We have no doubts Oracle Engagement Cloud can be that.
Very easy to navigate thru the system with just 1-2 clicks
I would like to see some better AR reports. They are not very user friendly

Trying to solve the way to make more friendly AR reports
PROS: We were in need of a solution in enabling the business to grow at our required rate, primarily around the sales cycle. Our business is involved in estimating and quoting. It also entails making regular changes to scope and cost daily all throughout the sales cycle. Back then, our process took up a lot of resource and time for our tech team. We're now utilizing app composers and scripting within the tool's ability in delivering a quotic metric, which lets our sales make estimate alteration, keep sales cycles updated, and track margin via a system included for our delivery team to make.
CONS: Absolutely nothing. We're really thrilled with the solutions it's offering.
This tool is great for organizing our customer information and connecting sales to the Oracle ERP system. We look forward to capture greater time savings on our basic business processes.
We haven't found anything troublesome, continuing to learn more all the time.
Tracking customer info
Software was never that easy to configure before! Most of my clients were happy with modern UI and ease of configuration. Even, Business users could make simple changes quickly without anyone's help. Support and maintenance was ultra low for all of our clients.
Party data model, Security, and imports are little trickier than expected. Very complex UI customizations were not that easy.

Would like to see realignment of Marketing Cloud (Eloqua/Responsys) with Oracle Engagement Cloud on Fusion platform.
