Optix, a tech company that actually listens
What do you like best about Optix?
Optix lifted our coworking space to be in the same realm as the big players as a boutique office space. Before Optix, we used a tech stack that was not optimized and had no clarity on bettering the customers experience. With Optix, they made everything easy for both the staff and customer base. With just a short onboarding and a couple of days looking into the administrator dashboard, we were up and running in just short of a week. Customer support is also very responsive, from any tech issues we have to requesting features to be implemented, our voice is actually heard, and we're given solutions. Our team uses Optix everyday, checking in on members to make sure they're satisfied, to looking at reports to ensure that we're headed in a good direction, Optix gives us all the tools we need to succeed as a small business. Not only that though from our side as the administrator, the white label app was one of the easiest things that our users have used. With zero app development knowledge, Optix took care of everything for us and we quickly had a portal for our users within a matter of weeks without having to do anything.
What do you dislike about Optix?
We wish that the white label app is a little more customizable. From a branding standpoint, to a focusing on products that we want to increase revenue on, we believe customization would make Optix stand out.
What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optix solves our tech stack issue. Instead of having multiple subscriptions on multiple apps that don't communicate each other, Optix marries everything beautifully, and we rarely ever have to exit Optix in order to server our members better.

Top Notch!
What do you like best about Optix?
The onboarding team and overall service team are amazing. Any time we had a question, they responded quickly and were beyond helpful. Optix is constantly building on their product and adding new features which are perfect for growing and scaling our business. The app was incredibly user friendly for our members and we had no complaints. I also love the office hours they host and blogs they publish -- all are extremely informative for the industry!
What do you dislike about Optix?
Mostly nothing - except for random things that pertained to our business specifically. On top of coworking, we also offer wellness services and bookings, so working through the logistics of managing both offerings in the same app had some roadblocks, but the team was amazing with helping us brainstorm and troubleshoot to get it to work as best as possible for our very specific needs.
What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optix helped solve a ton of our business problems and obstacles -- from something as small as checking members in, to space management and booking abilities, to recurring invoices. The Optix software covered multiple needs in one single space.

Best Dev and Support Team in the Game, Even Better Platform
What do you like best about Optix?
-Responsive and helpful support team. I have seen features I recommend be added to the platform, and the support team has been amazing at asking clarifying questions. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their product.
What do you dislike about Optix?
-Great integration with external platforms (CRM, Google Workspace, Zapier, etc).

-Ease of use on both the admin and client side.

Great Coworking Management Tool for Businesses!
What do you like best about Optix?
Optix is a low entry point solution for Coworking spaces that need full CRM tools to increase business efficiency. The team is always taking feedback and integrating new features to help streamline our business!
What do you dislike about Optix?
There are not yet enough third party integration when it comes to POS providers with lower fees.
What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces manual labor time to book and keep the space accessible to customers.

Brilliant platform
What do you like best about Optix?
We used Optix from the start so can't compare to others but would have no reason to change suppliers, it is a brilliant piece of software that works seamlessly from end user through to management system. Easy to set up, intergrate with other platforms and straight forward to navigate. They are always one step ahead of any operational issues we come up against. Highly reccommend!
What do you dislike about Optix?
There are no negatives, customer service is always quick to respond and always has a quick helpful tip to get you past your blocks. They will even do video calls to show you best shortcuts if needs be.
What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?
The updates are regular and well communicated, always improving functionality and efficiency throughout.

What do you like best about Optix?
The customer support from Optix is unmatched. They're always available to provide insights, problem-solve, and innovate with you. The interface is great & extremely user-friendly as well.
What do you dislike about Optix?
Wish the app was a little more customizable, but it's overall clean & easy to use so I really can't complain!

Optix has helped us grow our Coworking Space
What do you like best about Optix?
We moved to Optix from a competitor because the system was not suitable for our business. Optix has solved all the issues we faced previously and has made the running and management of our coworking space a pleasant experience for both us and our members. If we ever have any issues, concerns or questions, the customer service team is on hand and can't do enough to help. From the very first contact, the Optix customer service team has been fantastic. They get to know you and your business, and that understanding helps them to tailor the experience. They are always on hand to speak to us, even with a difference in time zones, we know they will respond as soon as they can. The system was relatively simple to set up and deploy and our users find it easy to use and navigate. Overall we really like using Optix and can definitely see how it's benefitted our business.
What do you dislike about Optix?
There are some features that would improve our experience with Optix, but since we've started using Optix, we have seen lots of new features introduced. It continues to improve and grow and I'm sure the little niggles of the missing features will soon be rectified.
What problems is Optix solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optix helps us manage our space effectively meaning we can offer our members a seamless experience when booking and using our space. Where previously we had issues with invoicing, Optix makes the whole process easy and manageable. Our members like to app and how intuitive it is.

It allows me to differentiate between bookings such as Childminding, Hot Desks and Meeting Rooms! A must in your working day!
What do you like best about Optix?
That I can communicate effectively with members/team. The customer support is super efficient and responsive. I use Optix every day and find it a must have in my day to day. No matter how many changes my schedule has, Optix is aways great to refer to. It has been very easy to use and has integrated well into my working day.
What do you dislike about Optix?
I haven't found a dislike so far! It is very easy to use!

Scheduling! It has made scheduling very easy to maintain. I check in every morning to see what my day looks like and continue to do so on a regular basis.
