OnWhatsApp creates a user's online catalog, a customized Shop URL, and lets them receive orders on WhatsApp. The users don't need to have their payment gateway. Once the users sign up and log in on the platform, they will have a user dashboard to manage all their products. All they have to do is add a new product along with description and pricing. They can categorize their products so customers can find the products quickly. The platform also lets users set their store links, payment instruction, currency, and delivery fees. OnWhatsApp allows the users to receive their orders on WhatsApp. No commissions will be charged for the products sold. Users can receive orders on either their existing personal WhatsApp number or get a new WhatsApp business phone number. The customers can collect payments at their convenience via cash on delivery, payment links, Paypal, QR codes, or cash on the counter.
