It's a full map view of all the bookings for each location individually as well as a whole company. Easy to navigate which is so so great.

No major downsides. Moblie website verson isnt the best, likely becusse the system is such a beast (In a good way). Reporting is very visual, personally I prefer figures over graphs but it works.
