There are many things that we like. First, it's a solution designed specifically for the rent-a-car market, and it meets all of our requirements and more. The support desk staff is fantastic, and they ALWAYS respond to our inquiries.

There are no big concerns. Of course, there are ways to enhance things, such as adding additional functions to the iPhone app, but it currently meets our needs.
