Raffaele helped me tremendously

Raffaele helped me tremendously! I ran into some mysteriously 'unsuccessful' transactions that he was able to clear the mystery up (I wish the error messages had been more specific). Come to find out I can use the myfax app, and use it's camera to make simple black/white scans so that it isn't so costly to try to send. And he helped refund the additional charges.

Finally received excellent customer service. Chris successfully and promptly handled my cancellation online. In the last 7 years, I have only needed to send one Fax, but have been paying monthly for the service.
