Loved My Experience

I liked how knowledgeable Aneta, Customer Support Engineer was and how dedicated Eli Myers was, Senior Customer Support Engineer. They understood my issue thoroughly, and the issue I experienced was profound. It demanded a comprehensive understanding. They were also very compassionate and understanding. I felt like I was being heard and understood, not like I was talking to some type of robot or machine. I really thought that Moz would give up on me because of how complex my issue was. I had such an experience before; another really "professional" company just gave up on me because they could not resolve the issue. But, Aneta and Eli Myers just continued tackling the issue persistently and confidently, yet with a sense of compassion! Even though I was on a "free trial"!!! This makes me confident about this company and how they treat their clients! I would recommend this company. They are there for the long haul to make real long-term clients, not for the short term, just to make a profit.

What do you like best about Moz Pro?

Moz Pro has been helpful with establishing a starting point for the marketing strategies we put together for our clients, and then validating our proposed tactics. We use these tools for almost every situation, including website audits, keyword research, page optimizations and much more. The information pulled from the reports are insightful and useful, allowing us to save so much time having to gather the same info otherwise.

What do you dislike about Moz Pro?

It is a pricey tool, but well worth the investment.

Moz Pro is helping us gather all the information we need on a client's current SEO efforts in a short amount of time, allowing us to focus on pulling together strategies for improvement.

Very easy to use and an incredibly intuitive UI/UX.

What do you dislike about Moz Pro?

No direct integration with Looker Studio was disappointing, as we use that program for client reporting.

What problems is Moz Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moz does a really nice job of helping suggest alternative keywords. We love how it assists with providing recommendations for improving our pages.

"Best SEO software out there"

What do you like best about Moz Pro?

I've been using MOZ for nearly 10 years now and I have to say that this is by far the best SEO software.

I use it for SEO for my ongoing clients but also for research for new clients who want either PPC or SEO services.

It has good research tools

What do you dislike about Moz Pro?

I wish it had more tools for ppc research and prediction

It has a good follow up tool that enables me to show my clients their search positions, and it has a good page grading tool that enables me to optimize specific pages for specific search terms

Easier way to create automated reporting - could be I just need a tour to use it better.

We use Moz to identify keywords to target, check existing content for keyword ratings, and to measure SEO success. For us, Moz is the all-in-one tool that is easier to use than Google Analytics.

I wish that their analytics were more robust.

Moz Pro allows me to check my ranking keywords, see technical SEO issues, and competitor analysis in one place. I do not have to use multiple platforms. Moz Pro is easy to use and provides me with all of the information that I need to make informed decisions about SEO.

How easy is to find tools and get reports to run authomatically.

What do you dislike about Moz Pro?

I can't see all technical issues on the report at the same time. I need to go in every week to see a new list and be able to fix the issues.

Keyword trackgin for individual pages and discover new keywords that bring traffic to my wesbite.
