It allowed for us to process over 500 lines of comments from various stakeholders to evaluate the sentiments of their comments.

The ease of use and setup. You dont have to be a programmer to set it and even use it. Their online dashboard and integrations are so easy, its just plug and play.

The fact that there are only 4 integrations! This tool has a great use and potential to be used with a variety of tools and currently it supports google sheets, zendesk and a few others.

We use Monkey Learn to analyze open-ended responses in survey data. It's a new application for us so we are still working through the best models to apply in different situations. The team at ML has been amazing. I attended a webinar that helped me understand the basics, spent a weekend running models and experimenting. I ran into a roadblock and wasn't sure how to proceed. Riley from ML jumped on the phone with me first thing Monday morning to talk through it. He spent 45 minutes teaching me how to apply the tool's models and ways to optimize what I'm doing currently. Amazing level of support.

Can't think of anything. The models require training so accuracy isn't perfect at first--but that's to be expected as part of the process.

It has great models of text analysis which helps in getting accuracy. The most useful part is the way of integration it has. This is very helpful for business workflows. It has a very good API and it is also well-documented. The best part is that it is user-friendly and very flexible.

You can make only certain number of queries each month as per your plan. But that is still not a limitation. In terms of implementation, there is no such thing to dislike about Monkey Learn.

I would definitely recommend to use Monkey Learn as it has great facilities for reducing our work load and make us feel comfortable while dealing with complex problems. It has great user interface. It also provides tutorials that turns out to be helpful when you get confused at some point.

The main benefit Monkey Learn has provided is that it has reduced the efforts required earlier and at the same time it has increased the rate of accuracy. Also it is easy to use and one can easily implement the machine learning models required with the help of tutorials provided.

It is convenient to use and we can easily implement machine learning algorithms. They have great customer service.

It is super flexible and user friendly with detailed documentation of their APIs. It definitely decreases your workload by easily extracting data for you from emails, chat, web, etc.

It is a bit expensive but given the kind of service and features it offers, I think it's worth it.

Data communications and text extractions.

Monkey Learn is fairly easy to integrate into Zendesk Support.

It's a challenge to have Monkey Learn bucket support tickets into distinct user-readable buckets based on ticket text. Monkey Learn will create a huge amount of new buckets for the tickets, rather than fitting tickets into existing buckets. This is not helpful.

We are trying to solve automatic support ticket categorization based on parsing user-inputted support ticket text.
