MongoDB is our default DB - Easy to Use & Scaleable

We have been leveraging MongoDB as our default DB for the internal apps we develop to help run our operations. Its easy to use and open source which means our dev team can spin up MVPs quickly. Once these internal apps have been tested and validated if we need to support higher volumes and automate processes like backups then we leverage MongoDB atlas which is cost effective for what is provided.

MongoDb is light for your machine, easy to interact with and has a great community support, making it one of my favourite databases.

What do you dislike about MongoDB Atlas?

Sometimes, some queries are hard to attain, which can be simplified on future versions.

What problems is MongoDB Atlas solving and how is that benefiting you?

MongoDb is more accessible to interact with than other databases. I have already used MongoDB atlas to deploy one of my fully-fledged websites, and it's so easy to set up, exceptionally, with the instructed videos attached to the Atlas page.

MongoDB stores data on cloud like AWS , Azure or Google cloud providing multi-cloud support. It stores data in JSON format so it provides faster retrieval.

What do you dislike about MongoDB Atlas?

I dont find any cons of using this product.

It provide very faster way to create project database.Here we can create clustures and connect database to our project.It provide device sync,data fedration and stream processing services.User can create collection and many more functionalities are there to make your project faster.

Build better apps faster with App Services,it provide option for adding data,create charts,create schema and create clustures etc.

along side providing mongodb hosting it provides loads of other services like realm charts search data lake stream processing.

Cost is on higher side but not much . Its still better than other options available
