Mobiniti is an SMS marketing platform that helps engage new and existing customers through drip messages, targeted messages, feedback and reviews, mobile coupons, contests, and more. Analytics help users track their campaigns by monitoring view clicks, views, and redemptions. Mobiniti allows users to design custom coupons with the organization’s logo, branding, image, and address, along with scannable UPC code. Mobiniti enables organizations to capture specific information about mobile subscribers, including email and birthdate.

What do you like best?

Mobiniti has helped our business have several successful text to win campaigns. It's user friendly and has helped us grow a list of customers.

What do you dislike?

I'm not sure I've found a downside of Mobiniti itself so far. Our main issues usually come from customers who think they are texting an actual person and try to have a conversation. The one issue we have had is that the auto winner picker feature has picked the same person more than once a few times.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Once you get used to using it, it can be very helpful for your business!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows us to have more randomly picked winners for our contests. If we are picking ourselves, we sometimes tend to show bias, but the random picker makes it easy to pick someone.

What do you like best?

Price, support, ease of use when setting up the platform. Highly recommend.

What do you dislike?

Some functionality features such as creating coupons and campaigns at the same time are hard to use without losing your progress when you tab to a different page.

Ease of use; texting-in via short code; outstanding customer support; drip-text feature

What do you dislike?

Having to use a unique code word for the short code opt-in. Doesn't directly integrate with Planning Center Online.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to easily connect with guests without having to obtain any information from them at all. They simply text-in the word to the short code and we send them a virtual connect form to obtain their information. Easily follow up and create workflows. People prefer giving their information via phone on their own time than filling out a physical form.

What do you like best?

I like the flow of the apps. It is easy to operate for a novice like me.

What do you dislike?

I can't access the platform of having an email campaign as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would consider adding an email campaign component...many say its outdated but HEY... ya know. Maybe a CRM of some sort would be pretty cool.

I am able to communicate with the people who have reached out with me. Staying in contact is vital for us right now.

What do you like best?

We wanted a way to get into our customer's pockets literally. Understanding the nature of our customer base and their communication expectations, all schools of thought lead to some sort of text messaging service. Email wasn't getting the job done with open and click rates declining continuously month over month.  That's when we decided to speak with our account manager at Mobiniti who provided us with email services for the last two years. After a few calls with our account manager at Mobiniti, we agreed to give their SMS service a test for one of our online apparel sales.  Without question, this was one of the best business decisions we've ever made as our first test campaign generated 5x more revenue than our standard email communication. We can't thank the folks over at Mobiniti enough for the long time commitment to our success and look forward to expanding our SMS efforts with them as we continue to grow. Co-Founder, Pro Logo Shop

Nothing so far. We are still rather new to the platform, but everything has been going very smoothly thus far.

Easier communication with customers. Much higher open and click rates compared to email.

What do you like best?

We were using Mobinti for promoting our restaurant group - but we had to close all our restaurants due to the COVID19 pandemic - we ended up using Mobiniti to keep in touch with all our furloughed staff - has been a real life line for keeping in touch with them! Today we were able to quickly notify everyone their meal kits are ready to pick up!!! Fast and reliable service and support - would highly recommend!

I have had no issues with them since signing up with them approximately a year ago.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Best problems being solved right now is the speed in which we can communicate with people, people don't tend to read email these days - SMS is so much more effective which is certainly one of them benefits we realized!
