one of the best thing i like most about Microsoft Entra ID is the kind of authentication and authorization power it has .microsoft entra id can defing policies ,and assign access for specific people in the organization using this azure services we can ensure that confidentiality ,integrity will remain same .microsoft entra id provides multifactor authentication mandatory which gives double security of your services apart from that it is very easy to implement and configure.

the only thing i dislike about the microsoft entra id till now is cost it is little costly as compared to others services

Microsoft Entra Id is able to solve Authentication and Authorization problem for my organization using microsoft entra id organization are able to control whom to give authorization or not apart from that it is providing many functionality like single sign in option ,Multifactor Authentication,iAM and others.

This helps us protect our privacy and passwords. It is easy for us to login to any service provided by our organization through Single Sign On. Stay safe from hackers and unauthorized users. This makes it easier for us to manage Azure Active Directory and all the work environments expected from any organization. Best service, I would like to recommend it to any good organization and startup company to give better environment to their employees. Trust me it's the best.

It make my work life easier and i dont have to remember much more. A excellent service provided through IVR from support team, whenever I have issues on anything, I get fast resolution through support team of Microsoft.

It's can easily set up through mobile app and any api configuration, options for access termination, by directional identity synchronized, easy to monitor, can assign role and group, and it's a monopoly service and user friendly.

It is SSO enabled for all Microsoft Entra ID products like Admin Center, Mem Console, Azure AD..etc which makes it easier to use compared to other manufacturers.

Customer support is easy t reach.

Integration of help options are right in the website.

I use Microsoft Entra ID daily.

It could have been much easier if all the tools were included in one website.

We have to navigate to 3-4 websites in order to work on tools.

It solves the MFA problems in one go.

It gives multiple options like Admin Center, Azure AD, MEM Console which use the same SSO and MFA. Makes it easier for us to help the employees.

Security is prioritized with Microsoft Entra ID, this solves threats and malwares.

What I like best about this dual authentication software is that it's ou can add as many logins for many different accounts and have access to them all in one spot while also having a recovery option for not just windows but Apple software and many other file backup options.

There isn't anything I dislike about this software! I've honestly only been using it for a month or a little over a month and I'm in love with the many recovery options and methods of authentication I can use to keep my account secure! It's very easy to use.

As far as business issues, the problem that Microsoft Authenticator is solving is keeping accounts, data, and information safe with the ability to recover your accounts and data from the last backup through their secure recovery method.

Microsoft Authenticator is a simple straightforward tool, that allows multi-factor authentication without headache. My company has used it for a couple years now, and it's worked mostly seamlessly while increasing our security greatly. Whenever we need to connect to our VPN or use a system with this simple sign-on, we immediately get an alert on our phone, which we need to touch approve, and enter a PIN. If our computer is ever lost or stolen, even if we're signed in, the criminal would still need our phone to access.

Personally, I dislike that I do have to enter my PIN each time on my phone, and it needs to be a six-digit PIN. This may be customization from my company, but it does make it take just a little longer to access. Small sacrifice for the added security.

We really like this tool, and how it is so simple to use, but effective. While multi-factor authentication is a burden to some, once setup, Microsoft Authenticator is easy and yet strong.

Microsoft Entra is absolutely helpful for organizations using Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft applications and tools. Entra has all the Identity and Access management related settings, configurations, tools, features in one portal, this gives comprehensive visibility into an organization's IAM and security all in one place. It also has Identity governance, conditional access and other features.

1. To use Entra, you need to take a proper training which can be steep learning curve.

2. For orginizations to getting started with Entra, need experts.

3. Some services and features need paid licenses, which can be costly.

We are managing our identities (user, groups & devices) with the help of this service. It is getting managed at one place in an organized manner.

First and foremost, its a Microsoft product so it's been through rigorous testing and will be compatible out of the box for Microsoft products/services, that in itself is a great feature. However because it's so polished and features backup out of the box (Google you should pay attention) you never need to worry about switching phones or the app being wiped. The nicest feature is the ability to add any 3rd party MFA account to it so you can use it as you go to solution.

There was an instance whereby a Microsoft account I was using was the main account and it was not pushing notifications/generating codes, Authenticator was having none of it. A reset on my MS account and of the Authenticator fixed the issue but it wasn't the nicest experience. Authy is a good alternative which doesn't have that issue..

We use 2FA/MFA in everything we use as a business, it's become a staple requirement for any application. We needed a solution to emcompass all these codes/requests in one place to keep things secure. Having it in Authenticator was the most obvious solution and it meant that we as users only need to install 1 x application as opposed to 7 from different vendors etc.

Very easy to use. integration with hotmail, office etc is a breeze. It also allows you to store your online passwords so it makes it easier to have really strong non guessable passwords as you wont need to remeber them all you need to do is remember one to get onto your phone.

Enable 2FA protects you and friends, family and work colleagues from being targeted. Think about if one of your accounts was compromised due to poor password and no 2fa enabled. The person hwo now has access can impersonate you and contact anyone in you contacts list, this could also put them at risk as they may divluge information thinking its you or they could be scammed thinking they are help you!

What are you wating for enable 2fa and update your passwords and store them all in the Authenticator app job done!

If will even check to see if you passwords have been involved in any data leaks to make you aware you might want to change it.

The only thing that is doesnt have and would be great if it did, is a notes field on the passwords pages to allow maybe some more detail about the account itself, some require more than just the 2fa and it might be handy to store other information such as secret words or pin's in a notes field that is encrypted in the same way.

Another addtion it would be handy to allow attachments on the passwords pages to store related documents. Ths coudl be used to keep copies of passports or banking information in a secure format

Can have strong hard to guess passwords without needing to rememebr them, this means the complexity is much more, the use of MFA also help lock online accounts down

Microsoft Entra has all the positive qualities. If I had to choose a few, they would be the speedier authentication procedure, which results in significant time savings, the decentralization method, the superb governance feature, and the simplicity of management administration.

Microsoft Entra has nothing to be disliked, yet there is always room for improvement in a few places. I believe that what can be improved are the synchronization and flow of the process.

We are gaining from this technology in many different ways and directions. With MS Entra, you can quickly limit, encrypt, and control the permissions of your cloud resources. When working with Azure, using Microsoft Entra Verified ID is incredibly dependable, easy to use, and will make you feel relieved. More progress has been made in governance and management. ID's overall management has improved.

It is very handy to have all of our security managed in a centralized way that makes it easy to the user. As a user I don't need to worry about authentication, but focus on developing areas that add more value.

It allows me to move between application with ease without multiple sign ons.

Managing privileges and policies is fairly easy and straightforward.

It is not flexible or customizable for specific needs. It only manages Microsoft accounts in the same domain.

At first it is not so intuitive to implement and the benefits are only clear or measurable when you have more than 50 users.
