I think how easy it is to navigate on the site. I feel that all tools are easy to use and make sense when setting up campaigns. It has made my work much more accessible and smoother.
I do not think there are many downsides to the platform. It is very useful everyday.
It allows us to set up our campaigns easily and is our main area of focus. It allows us to bill correctly as well as make sure campaigns are inserted and targeted right.
The ability for it to be a one-stop shop for partner communication, campaign insertion order issuance and reconciliation throughout the campaign
When trying to clear historical invoices and the systems locks for any that are more then a few months back and it requires unlocking in order to move forward
Acts as a platform for campaign management and budget reconciliation
The integrations with ad servers, platforms and finance
The random loop holes you have to go through sometimes to get something done/fixed.
Taking away a lot of the manual/hands-on keyboard work media buyers/planners face.
I like how Media Ocean does everything in it's power to ensure you don't make any mistakes when working with dollars.
Sometimes it loads previous months data into the next month upon first click, but it corrects itself after a simple page refresh.
It helps us actualize spend and performance.
I can access all of the campaign details and info on my accounts. So it is my day-a-day most used platform. In addition, I like that the reports are accurate and helped me analyze different topics of the campaigns.
What I dislike the most is that I cannot quit the invoices tab from my favorites. The star doesn't let me unclick it, so any time I reopen the system, I am transferred to the invoices tab.
Mediaocean give me reports with the status specific campaigns and invoices, so I can focus directly on them instead of creating the reports manually. Mediaocean also helps me showing the missing invoices that I need to add in the system.
It is very intuitive and easy to understand
It is really annoying when the platform ask me to update my pasword
Mediaocean help with some operational tasks more than solve problems
Personally, I believe the most helpful thing about Mediaocean is that it keeps track the plans and budgets I put together for the clients our agency works with along with any changes that occur from an IO standpoint. It's also the industry standard and you can take it anywhere! Also love how it integrates with Innovid and Google campaign manager making it a seamless transition from one platform to other allowing for streamlined trafficking process.
For me personally, what I dislike about mediaocean when it comes to prisma is how the budgets can flunk around and get a little bit disorganized when you need to change something in the plan - similarly with whatever Units you're working with (You have to create an export file to change it in some instances which in turn makes the dollars flunk around)
Accurate spending I the main I would say. Mediaocean allows me to see if we're being billed accurately depending on the plan. Definitely a lot more productive and allows us to focus on optimizing campaigns
The quickness and the user friendly it is. I like prisma very much and that it helps me optimize my job. All the platforms of media ocean are great I would recommend this to any other agency
i think we need more training since there are many things we can do but we don't know, so we do it manually.
Reconciliation and organizing all data into one platform. Billing, media buys and media spend. Also when there is a issue media ocean it's easy so it's a easy fix.
I like how organized and versatile it is to manage our campaigns and also time off/time sheets
The formatting of the TIME OFF Section always loads weird for me - I can never see the full calendar on the first time the page loads. I have to refresh or change the view then change it back just to BARELY see 1 week of the calendar to try to manage my time off
Helping streamline processes across teams in an organized way

Able to track media spends month over month, track publishers and providers, reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate fashion. The support staff are some of the finest in the industry.
Given the nature of the service, changes are frequently being made that can often require time and re-education through trial and error that can, at times, slow things down.
Media delivery, especially when it comes to digital media is often difficult to gain oversight into. As media professionals, we don't necessarily want to always rely on delivery reports from third parties or vendors.
