On a scale of one to five, with one being the most expensive and five being the most competitive, I would give this option a five for pricing. There are other password management solutions available, but Password Manager Pro is one of the best. Using this software, you can generate secure and strong passwords. The security given is enhanced and performs an excellent job of keeping passwords secure. The customer service crew provides good assistance; they answer promptly, and they always appear to be highly competent.
It's a little confusing at first to understand the concept of having resources with accounts inside them, as well as finding the areas to modify the passwords or resources, but it's something we'll have to get used to. When you connect to remote servers or PCs, the file copying option is complex. It should be made simpler so that users can use it easily. Nothing can be done if you forget the master password. When compared to other password management applications, Password Manager Pro is a little difficult to use.
One of the features of Password Manager Pro that I particularly appreciate is the ability to store passwords in a completely encrypted on-disc environment. Application credentials can be quickly copied and pasted into the relevant login screen by saving them to the clipboard. Different sorts of credentials for the same application can be saved alongside each other and distinguished by the icon next to the name. SSH credentials, online credentials, and local root credentials, for example, are all easily sorted into one application category.
Product stability and support reactibility
nothing to write here, all my questions was solved on the ticket.
Unexperience using the upgrade process. I don't read all the KBs. The SSL certificate replacement is not so good described on all articles I read.
PROS: ManageEngine’s price is very affordable. Also, the product will do everything you need and you’ll be amazed that the other competitors cannot do what this product can do.
CONS: It’s hard to figure out how to do it securely. Also, they need to work on some limitations. The fact that I don’t like is that someone can mess the system completely with setting up an open/share and storing the pass in clear text, what I want to say is that someone who doesn’t know how to use this product could share the passwords with everyone. They could improve the ticketing system so we can better track the issues.
PROS: I like how you get to utilize this free of charge even if you only have a few clients. You're given the option to make an upgrade when you're in need of 3 or more contracts monthly (at unlimited contracts). HelloSign does a great job in easily uploading my contract in the form of a PDF. It adds a signature and text boxes to be filled in by my client.
CONS: I wanted to come up with something useful. Sadly, nothing. This makes me a very happy HelloSign user.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to enhance our security. To do so, we wanted to store our in-house passwords as well as those of our customers in a highly encrypted vault. This would often entail strict processes and poor user experience. But this product reversed it: our user experience actually improved.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Fantastic for its pricing. It does what a majority of its competitors do. I was able to configured it in discovering AD PCs as well as users. In the middle of its discvoery, it seeks out tasks scheduled and local services in all servers, and running under-serviced account privileges (domain or local).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I may appear to be biased since I came from Secret Server, but this product actually makes use of definitions and steps that are both confusing and non-intuitive. I feel there's a flaw in their permissions/ownership/sharing. As a result, configuration tends to be a burden. Resources are imperative, but if that group happens to be in someone else's ownership, then expect the password reset to be flimsy and fail.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The primary issue that was resolved is password management and user access privileges. Accounts on the local server and domain privileged accounts rarely made a rotation since no one has a clue where the accounts may have been utilized. PMP is able to unearth such links automatically. It does a great job in handling them really well.

Very excited. It has a lot of features. .
It's about the timezone of taking the support.
We have a lot of messy connections to servers. It helps to organize the connection.
PROS: The price is affordable and does almost everything. I set up the software so I can find AD computers and users, it finds some local services and scheduled tasks, runs under service account local and/or domain. Local accounts for all domain computers are on different schedules. Their support team does everything to help you solve the issue you have. The tool is like a jump box, I am able to influence users who want to RDP to a server and they can do that via PMP, the thing is that they have to use the PMP and the PMP will launch the RDP session for them, and the session is well recorded.
CONS: Some steps and terminology are not so intuitive and can be quite confusing. In my opinion, their permission strategy is flawed and this makes the configuration awkward. Resources must have owners if not then the pass reset can fail, so I make every resource “owned” by same account in order to solve the issue. I think that if other admins start to add resources then it would become messy. I think that the idea about “owner” is bad, because for e.g. if the “owner” leaves the company and someone has to go into the PMP in order to find the resources and re-assign. It would be great if they could make the tool without the “owner”.

I believe that integrating it into custom software is quite difficult.
We use this to efficiently secure our internal system, thus helping us achieve 3 layers of security system efficiently.
