The thing I like most about Mana is that it's super easy to share files and communicate with my team in one work space. It's all in one spot. The graphics of Mana are also excellent and different from other work spaces.

I would say the only thing that Mana could fix is that the camera sometimes glitches when using during meetings.

Our company at the time was very small staff, so Mana helped keep us organized with all the information and duties each team member was completing. Helped us manage our time effectiently.

I like that Mana can be used across numerous devices, whether IOS/Android or Mac/Windows.

I am not a fan of the cost per month based on usage. For a small start-up business trying to save as much money as possible, this can be a stretch.

Customer Service could use some improvement to sole technical issues quickly.

Mana allows me to share documents and chat instantly with my colleagues. Improving communication is critical, especially in a small start-up.

It allows you to send files to anyone, even if they don’t have a Mana account.

This is best thing if you want to send something urgently and quickly

Sometime big files take time. It is actually the internet or server that can impact this.

The software has 3 dimensional graphics which enhances the experience immensely. Along with this it has a greatly optimised and simplified user interface which is extremely user friendly.

There is some intermittent issues with its voice transmission where voice gets distorted during the call which is a bummer. This creates distortion in the communications.

I use this software for internal communication process within my project team. Also to delegate tasks and seek review reports.

The best thing about Mana software is its graphics which totally give a 3D world feel.

Hotkeys are another great thing about this software where you do not need to jump to menu.

User interface and ease to use are the most favorable aspects of Mana software.

The main issue with this software is its camera which creates trouble sometimes and difficult conduct meetings.

Another issue with it is the voice transmission quality which hampers the communication sometimes.

I have been using Mana for automating my processes and maintenance operations which is quite helpful for industry as diverse as manufacturing and financial services.

The dashboard is easy to navigate, concise and clean. You can quickly see what you are working on and what insights you have. The messaging features are also very convenient.

Slow processing on the website, and they're still working out all the kinks with the help desk and support.

Great instant messaging features can help keep the whole team on track and the same page.

It is easily tracking sales growth. Real-time insights and numbers. Team-friendly interface.

The instant messaging feature is much better than what previously had with Skype. Our employees love it!

Network issues are not uncommon and sometimes features don't work properly, however the customer support is typically fast to resolve.

Allow employees to communicate more effectively and efficiently with each other.

The collaborative portion. Easy to share files, and communication in one workspace but has the ability to create multiples spaces if you run large teams.

If you're looking for a slack alternative I can't recommend mana enough. It's easy to use, the system is feature reach and the UI is easy to navigate. 10/10 from me.
