Great Customer Service.

This company has been very responsive with their customer support whenever needed. I like the fact that all of my websites are centralized for backups and updates. It is very easy to use to do multiple updates with websites.

Top service, clearly trustworthy experts.

Signed up after literally 5 of my business sites being critically infected with malware (what kind of people DO this kind of thing??). I decided I wasn't going to tear my hair out - so I paid for malcare. They had to get physically involved and worked step by step with me until I was completely happy. Very positive experience so far

Very positive experience so far. I got the Protect plan and it found a few items of malware. MalCare's customer service team was able to identify where the files and scripts were located so I could clean them myself. Good to feel like my website is actually secure now.
