Malcare is a great value if you have WP sites to manage and protect. I own two sites that were hacked. I took the 3 sites plan and the people at Malcare took the time do clean my sites by hand !!! Great support.
Plus, malcare interface is great to update, install, uninstall plugins, themes in WP easily and securely (backups ! backups !).

I'm a developper, i hated WP, it is a pain in the ... but now... i'm cool thanks to Malcare.

I am Catherine NTANDA, resident in Kinshasa, DRC! I thank above all the Almighty for having inspired man such an interest in understanding the technology and solving the problems related to its use, especially the problems related to the hached sites.
From September 2023, we had this hacking on our site, which had destroyed the functions of our e-commerce site that super visited in the DRC and the world. While looking for solutions, we found a Malcare plugin that gave us security service on all levels for the proper functioning of our site. What I like more for their service: 1. They are prepared in correspondence to inform us of what is not going well on the operation.
2. They are prompt to receive complaints and requests for assistance in a free and timely manner.
3. I thank Malcare Support for resolving a serious issue that our site has encountered recently with 500 errors due to malicious code that the hackers injected into our site. Waou, support worked manually to find and remove these codes, using the credentials of our FTP that they had requested. At first, I was afraid to give them away, but with confidence, I put them back. Our site has all been rebuilt. I, admnistratice, am breathing now, my heart was going to crack. Really, a big thank you for your service so fast and understandable that you had returned me. We remain your subscribers forever, and I recommend your service to other companies especially that use wordpress. Kostete, haben wir zu unserem Schutz das Plugin von Malcare gekauft. 149 Dollar im Jahr. Wie es so kommt wurde unsere Seite wieder gehackt, eine einfache Bereinigung war nicht erfolgreich, so dass wir uns beim Support meldeten. Der Support reagierte rasch und kompetent, in Zusammenarbeit mit Malcare und Provider wurde das Problem innert 2 Tagen gelöst und bereinigt so wie ein Backup eingespielt und am Schluss erstellt. Encountered some issues with my website after transferring to a new host, after several weeks and contacting my web host IONOS numerous times, Wordpress and also Wordfence no one could resolve the issue.
