What do you like best about Logikcull?The platform is easy to navigate, even for team members with limited eDiscovery experience. Bulk tagging and customizable coding fields significantly reduce review time and the platform made it easy to coordinate reviews across multiple team members without confusion. What do you dislike about Logikcull?While Logikcull excels at straightforward document review, some users find it lacks the depth of analytics, AI-assisted review, and complex workflow customization available in platforms such as Relativity. This is most noticeable in very large or complex litigation matters.What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?A platform that is easy for our end users to cull the data and produce. The selfservice features will allow more users to be hands on with client data and discovery.

What do you like best about Logikcull?I like the ease of use. I've been using Logickull for several years now and I can remember reviewing various products and liking the review platform, the ease of production and tagging of this product vs. the others. I also appreciated the affordabilitiy.What do you dislike about Logikcull?I can't think of any major turnoffs to Logikcull.What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?Working for a law firm with some large productions, this platform helps review and produce those documents efficiently.

It made it easy to search through the results and find what I needed.What do you dislike about Logikcull?I think the process of creating sub-files from the data could be easier. Users should be able to create their own sub-files on their own, without having to contact support staff.What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?I used Logikcull to analyze email communications during the discovery phase of a lawsuit.

What do you like best about Logikcull?Logikcull is a comprehensive discovery management platform that helps streamline the collection, review, organization, and production of documents. It includes strong search and filtering tools, supports collaboration across case teams, and offers an efficient, cost-effective way to manage discovery matters.What do you dislike about Logikcull?Uploading load files can be challenging, particularly when working through the mapping process, which is not always intuitive and can be time-consuming. Additional guidance and support during the load file mapping stage would be very helpful. Recommendations to others considering Logikcull? What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?In addition, the help chat feature does not seem to be as effective as it was a few years ago. While the AI-powered assistance can be useful for basic questions, it is often less helpful when troubleshooting complex issues such as load file imports and mapping errors. The ability to connect directly with a knowledgeable support representative is greatly preferred and would be especially valuable when dealing with more difficult or unusual load files.

What do you like best about Logikcull?I appreciate that when I use Logikcull, it works as expected. I can search through masses of documents, even when they are in a variety of formats, to locate particular items. This is helpful for reviewing large volume discovery responses.What do you dislike about Logikcull?It takes some time to import the documents, even when they have been previously broken into small groups for uploads. It just takes time for the process to complete, particularly if the documents contain anything other than simple text.What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?When I am already appraised of the key issues in a case, Logikcull helps me search through large volumes of documents efficiently, making it easier to locate specific items.

What do you like best about Logikcull?It is very user friendly. Other document review platforms are so complicated that trying to use them requires advanced IT skills.What do you dislike about Logikcull?When I need assistance in the chat it takes too long to get through the bot to a live agent.What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?Logikcull assists me with processing PST files very easily. I also use it for document production and find it saves hours of review time as well as saving time in compiling productions.

What do you like best about Logikcull?Logikcull continuously strives to add more and more enhancements, which are easy and time and cost saving! Always available to assist in a crunch!What do you dislike about Logikcull?Can' t simply edit saved searches requiring a lot of "do overs". Can't Native download, like PDF download when you just want a bunch of docs, vs a real download/export.What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?Cost savings and more efficient. Users find Logikcull easy to navigate and understand.

What do you like best about Logikcull?As a small law firm, Logikcull is perfect for me. It is very user-friendly, billing is clear and easy as it bills you by project/matter, and customer service is very responsive. It makes document review and running productions easy and I haven't had any issues with it. Would highly recommend.What do you dislike about Logikcull?Sometimes it takes me a while to log in because the verification code doesn't come right away. Having different options for two-factor authentication would be helpful.What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?Logikcull helps me and my team to review and tag documents, prepare for deposition prep, and to run productions seamlessly.

What do you like best about Logikcull?The sorting and filtering features in Logikcull alone have made my document review projects substantially easier. I also appreciate how easy it is to organize and label document productions once the review process is over. The Reveal support team that my organization works with has also been a great resource and extremely helpful as we use Logikcull more and more.What do you dislike about Logikcull?I would like to see the redaction tools expanded to have the ability to search for and redact specific words or phrases.What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?Our organization has experienced a substantial uptick in records requests for email records which were extremely challenging to process via Microsoft Outlook or Adobe Acrobat. Logikcull has been a great resource to help us process and expedite large email or document requests.
