It's solving the requirement to find candidates. Some of the roles require U.S citizenship it would be very helpful to have selection that citizenship is a must and or having a green card.

The best thing about LinkedIn Talent is the features provided by the LinkedIn, being a user it always help me out yo find the best available possibilities within LinkedIn and evaluat with easy approach to find, analyse my recruiting needs.

Well for me there's nothing to dislike, though there's a little bit confusion in understanding of tools for me. But after using features for few hours it works for me like a charm. I found the best which was not possible without LinkedIn Talent.
