What do you like best about Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly)?

What I like about Lessonly is it gives me the tool that I need specially when it come to product knowledge this was very helpful, Since I am in the industry of Customer Service the most important thing I should learn is the product that I am promoting aside from it is easy to use like for example I do have a coaching , practice , training this tools helps our team to expadite our knowledge about the product.

For me as there is no thing that I dislike with this tool besides from that it helps me develop my skills and knowledge about the product that I am promoting very authentic literally impactful!

Since I am working in a Customer Service when I really dont understand some part of the product that I am learning lessonly helps me to ease any complications that I cannot understand it helps me to analyze , evaluate the things that I should learn to give a Customer Satisfaction Experience.

We've been uisng lessonly since training and it is very helpful especially when there is an update regarding to our products. It is also easy to use and very convenient.

What do you dislike about Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly)?

There is nothing that I dislike about Seismic Learning. All of the feautures are very helpful for me.

If there is an update we are always using the tool. If there is a process that we have to look back, it is easily to access.

What do you like best about Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly)?

My favorite thing about Lessonly is that it makes learning new features / functionality of our solution much easier. The trainings provided within the tool allow me to learn much faster and gain knowledge on changes our leadership team is making very quickly. I'm very impressed with how customizable the training sessions are as well.

What do you dislike about Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly)?

I don't think there's anything in particular I don't like about Lessonly. Sometimes, multiple lessonly trainings will add up and ti can become a bit time-consuming, but I still think it is valuable.

Mkaing it very easy to learn about our product and changes we're making to it.

What do you like best about Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly)?

It's easy to use and the learning process is easier since it can be used by many people from differente countries and states. Also, seeing the progress on every student is great.

What do you dislike about Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly)?

There isn't a lot of personalization tools and activities. It would be great to have more games inside the platform or be able to personalize the platform according to the company's color palette.

What problems is Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a class with a good amount of people can be tricky when you are teaching online, but Lessonly allows you to have the same structure and organization in every class.

What do you like best about Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly)?

Lessonly is very helpful mostly to my work because it gives me ideas/informations about the process in order to perform my duty effectively and efficiently. Its like a teacher for me that guides me everyday on the correct things I need to do at work, very ideal tool for those who are having difficulty on the process.

What do you dislike about Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly)?

Honesty so far, I am not seeing any downsides about Lessonly because everytime I am using it all I can see are very informative data and process that will surely help me with the process. I love Lessonly and I am not seeing any negative on it.

Since our work has something to do with reviewing our customers account for possible fraud, lessonly served as our guide on what resolution should we use in order to action specific member's concern. Lessonly is very benefitial mostly for those who have confusion with the process.

Lessonly by Seismic gives me better knowledge about my work routine.One of the things I like is the quizes they have. I love it when I get 100 score in the assessment

Some things I dislike about Lessonly by Seismic is the lack of gamification and interactivity and the limited customization options and the difficulty and integrating with other systems

What do you like best about Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly)?

Lessonly helps me to create a presentable updates and questions, it is also user friendly. The best thing is you can add questions at the end of the updates it greatly helps me identifying the opportunities and outliers.

What do you dislike about Seismic Learning (Formerly Lessonly)?

The lessonly for me looks good already but I am looking forward that lessonly also add the 3D and 4D so the user can enjoy while learning.

We have been using Lessonly for multiple areas of our business and found it very insightful. The lessons are informative, and engaging and have proven to be very beneficial in assisting to develop our employees. I would highly reccomend Lessonly to any company.

Luckily I have not found any downside to using Lessonly. It has been a great tool for us here at Kravet.

What I like about Lessonly is that it is easy to understand especially for beginners. I really like the quizzes at the end of each lesson.
