The ready available mortgage call reports make annual reporting easy.

What do you like best about LendingPad?I do lots of training with LO's and Lendingpad gives me the opportunity to work simultaneously with them while structuring their loans.What do you dislike about LendingPad?It requires a bit of customization from the customer side, but this really isn't much of a negative.What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?Visibility to all loans in the pipeline, including status and tracking.

What do you like best about LendingPad?The ease of moving through the system without any issues and having access to the online support and training.What do you dislike about LendingPad?Inability to scroll through the documents uploaded. You have to open one document, then close that document to view the next document.What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?uploading loans and viewing the file.

What do you like best about LendingPad?Lending Pad provides many beneficial features for workflow, document and loan management at a price which is quite reasonable relative to those benefits. With careful application of business rules and custom fields, we have tailored the system to better accomplish our most efficient pipeline management. As well, other features such as automated task helps us to ensure that staff is maximizing diligence in loan reviews.What do you dislike about LendingPad?While I really enjoy the automation possibilities with business rules, it is sometimes frustrating at the length of time needed between making a request for field availability to rules and actually seeing a positive outcome to that request.What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you?Just yesterday, LendingPad implemented a solution to a page issue related to the placement of their help button. Prior to that, I used to find the process for editing dates (processing & critical) to be awkward. The recently added shortcuts feature has greatly eased this process.

What do you like best about LendingPad?Their platform is super easy to use and self-explanatory. It's simple enough to train new hires on quickly but has all the features necessary for the loan process.What do you dislike about LendingPad?They do a lot of updates to the format of the platform which my employees hate.
