I honestly thought that my billing date…

I honestly thought that my billing date for Leadpages would be the last working day of the month.

Little did I know it would be on the date I initially paid for the subscription. So since I paid for it the first time the 24th of the month...every month after my billing date is on the 24th.

However, I get paid by the 29th of each month. As a result, I always get an extension from Leadpages so I can pay the subscription. This time around I was tokd about the one time 30 day extension. Although I didnt use it I will keep this in mind for another time in the future.

I really love your platform and it is a vital part of my business and I intend to stay with you all for a very very very long time.

Recently had to cancel subscription because my business has downsized, and the Leadpages team couldn't have been more helpful, considerate or professional. I look forward to going back to them when we pick things up again, as we used them for years and found the applications/site intuitive, easy to use and very helpful generating leads.
