What do you like best about Lead Connect?

An automated way to reach out to thousands of prospects on LinkedIn. Gives me extra time by saving tedious prospecting task. HubSpot Integration and Sequences are very well thought and executed. If you use Hubspot and LinkedIn this is a must tool.

What do you dislike about Lead Connect?

Nothing to dislike as much but I want to see more features at this price point.

What problems is Lead Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

LinkedIn Lead generation. Getting hundreds of leads from Linkedin without any extra efforts.

What do you like best about Lead Connect?

Its easy to use and helps with lead generation, sending messages and adding connection with ease. Another best thing was the sync option to our HubSpot CRM, it offers a direct sync option, meaning once the lead is captured through LinkedIn gets populated in HubSpot, so if you're the user of HubSpot.

What do you dislike about Lead Connect?

Some times issues when LinkedIn update their privacy.

This software is easy to manage. Easy to import and export the data and convert tgat data into the valueable lead.

Sometimes it takes time to load which is effecting its productivity.

Shocking Customer Service
Shocking Customer Service

The system itself was very easy to use but very basic so I switched to better system that can do what I want. I was trying to cancel and got a really rude and unhelpful person named Arpan Shah.
He wouldn't cancel the package was really unhelpful and asked me why I continued to email. I have never in my life experienced someone that rude answering customer queries. If he is the owner that business will go bust soon, if he is an employee he needs to be sacked right away.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE & FRAUD CHARGES
When the service works, it is good. However, there are many bugs in the system with integration, and they still charge a premium price compared to their competitors.

Additionally, we have had issues with them over charging us for the last 3 months. We finally cancelled the service because of the billing issues and very poor customer service. Yet, they still try to charge an amount which they already charged for. We had to put a block on the bank card to keep them from making unauthorized and fraudulent charges.

Lastly, they were quite rude in their emails about the situation. Extremely poor customer service!

What do you like best about Lead Connect?

It automates the leads generated on LinkedIn. It requests connection and then inmail if the person once they accept the connect.

What do you dislike about Lead Connect?

It doesn't work,I can't delete a list during a campaign and, for some reason, it changes the list. For example I created a list that only in the US, it added leads form around the world, we don't

t sell outside the US. They don't seem to be able to help. they take a long time and few emails to even come close to fixing. It also keeps opening w window of the list added in the campaign. I am looking for an alternative. Stay away from this.

It will help me automate the LinkedIn connect lead generation if it works. It doesn't work and is too buggy.
