I've worked on many chatbots, and I appreciate how straightforward the initial setup of Kore.AI was for me.What do you dislike about Kore.AI?I feel like there could be improvements in the inbound and outbound scenario where instances need to select all the parameters like chatbots. It would be helpful if they could add some prompting steps based on current standards. Also, I'm looking for faster resolution for user issues.What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Kore.AI to resolve HR and IT issues without manual portal tasks, and it helps me quickly address FAQs based on queries. We don’t need to write the prompts ourselves, and we can also track the AI model when it fails to see where it went wrong.What do you dislike about Kore.AI?I think there are a few bugs that you need to resolve.What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?We don’t need to write complex code to create chatbots or AI assistants. With simple drag-and-drop tools and easy navigation, we can create AI agents quickly and without much effort.

What do you like best about Kore.AI?I like that Kore.AI is easy and intuitive to use. The integration with agents and Search AI is something I really enjoy. I also appreciate that the conversational flow is straightforward, which makes the initial setup easier. It's great to be able to offer different services managed by a chatbot, which really solves many problems for our company.What do you dislike about Kore.AI?I am frustrated with the integration with Meta for the WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram channels, as there are very few supported templates. Currently, there are pre-designed templates for these channels; however, they are limited. The button panels have a maximum of 3 buttons, and I believe some templates are necessary to display the information in a more organized way.What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?Kore.AI allows me to offer different services managed from a chatbot, which is easy and intuitive.

What do you like best about Kore.AI?the best about Kore.ai is low code platform which I like most. works with mutiple LLMs like chatgpt,anthropic and custom models. supports and connects with API,CRM,databases. the UI is very user friendly where the beginner can easily start working on this platform. training structure is awesome which helps us to get deep understanding of every functionality. also it tracks conversation which helps us to debug the issues and the perfromace of this is just awesome and at last pricing on the products is low compared to other products in the market.What do you dislike about Kore.AI?I think Documentation provided can be Improved and there are some customization limitations which needs to be improved and sometimes I faced XO platform crash .What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?It is solving many problems in different business area like providing chatbots and voice assistants to use as customer service in many areas. employee support in the HR Domain.
