I’m able to wrap Kipu around the needs of my program, rather than having to restructure my program to fit the system. The ability to create and customize forms gives us the freedom to maintain our unique workflows while still ensuring compliance and documentation standards are met. It’s a system that adapts to us — not the other way around.

Kipu EMR is solving several key problems for us. It ensures all client records are secure, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards, which gives our team confidence in our documentation and audits. Additionally, Kipu supports a high level of individualized care by allowing us to track progress, interventions, and treatment plans in real-time. This leads to more informed decisions and better outcomes for our clients.

Honestly the whole system is pretty fluid, but the best part is their service department. They are prompt, informed and I can always solve any of the questions or problems I have

After using other EMR's, I find KIPU to be the most fluid and comprehensive EMR without being convoluted. The ease of use is excellent. Creating patient charts is easy, and very user friendly even for those who are not familiar with electronic medical records. Generating reports from data and the ease of exporting into Excell to analyze and filter is extremely useful. When our old facilities EMR was replaced by KIPU, the transition was smooth and the general concensus of users was positive. Customer support is always clear and timely as well.

Some administrative features are only accessible by superusers, making certain tasks like deleting forms opened by error a nuisance since a super user must be contacted in order to do so. the VOB getter is a bit vague.

Copiling current and past client data for reporting, benefit verification, authorization verification, etc is easy to do in the reports section. Also, generating reports customized to the needs of information per the user has been a great benefit. KIPU has definatly saved our company time and "double work.

The layout of KIPU allows this to be a user friendly program even for 1st time users.

Due to this program being web based there are days that it takes long to load pages depending on our internet speed.

Patient safety is a priority. With less downtime than other programs we can ensure to keep our patients safe.

Kipu is easy to learn and straightforward. It is nice to be able to prescribe directly from Kipu.

I wish vital signs automatically populated in notes. I would like it to be easier to find unsigned documents and notes. It would be nice to be able to save personal key phrases or templates.

Charting is muc hquicker and more efficient.

KIPU has SEVERAL advantages. The software itself is excellent and sooooo user-freindly. To top it off, the customer service is above and beyond. Any time we've needed help with something their staff has always been available and willing to provide us a solution. Plus, they are innovative and always looking for new ways to integrate diffent services into the EMR to make a even better.

The cost has continued to go up, since we originally began with KIPU, but they say you get what you paid for and KIPU is definitely an excellent EMR.

The ability to access a patient record from any location.

Kipu has helped me with my clinical notes as well as helping me identify patients.

Nothing, has helped so much. Even when it has minor issues it is fixed within the hour.

The reason I like Kipu EMR it super easy to navigate through. Everything is laid out in a simple matter to understand.

There is nothing that I dislike about Kipu EMR.

Kipu is providing vital information to the patient's recovery that we can look up at any given time and relay that information to the patient to ease their mind through their detox process.
