What are the best aspects of this product?
Out of all the CRMs I've encountered, Kickserv might be the most efficient. It's very user-friendly, helpful in attracting as well as keeping clients, and handy for doing regular follow-up activities. Also, the product's 14-day free trial aids us to develop better. One function that I find really useful is the calendar option because it enables me to always be on top of everything with only a single glance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We find that the product's mobile version is quite slow. The support seems tedious and highly irregular as well. There are also very limited options for customizing reports and there are various instances when the given updates seem inefficient.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Kickserv allows me to easily organize files and emails. Thanks to this, monitoring customer billing is a breeze. The calendar, which is my favorite feature, keeps me on the loop on every activity for the week. Although, this feature would be more useful if files and pictures can be attached together with the messages.
