"The simplest, but most powerful platform I've tried"

What do you like best?

The system is clear cut and straightforward enough on the surface, but underneath, there are a ton of helpful tools that make everything I've needed to do so far very simple. I didn't have to waste time learning a bunch of stuff - I was able to just jump in and go!

What do you dislike?

So far, I see no downsides. Any extra features that I'll need in the future look to be covered in other plans within their service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling and streamlining are always a struggle, but Kickserv has helped me straighten everything out and I can do everything I need within one platform, including payments.

A CRM that covers all my needs

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Out of all the CRMs I've encountered, Kickserv might be the most efficient. It's very user-friendly, helpful in attracting as well as keeping clients, and handy for doing regular follow-up activities. Also, the product's 14-day free trial aids us to develop better. One function that I find really useful is the calendar option because it enables me to always be on top of everything with only a single glance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We find that the product's mobile version is quite slow. The support seems tedious and highly irregular as well. There are also very limited options for customizing reports and there are various instances when the given updates seem inefficient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kickserv allows me to easily organize files and emails. Thanks to this, monitoring customer billing is a breeze. The calendar, which is my favorite feature, keeps me on the loop on every activity for the week. Although, this feature would be more useful if files and pictures can be attached together with the messages.

Best field service management app in the market

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate the excellent customer support they provide. The vendor listens keenly to customer feedback and constantly adds new features to improve the system. The app is very reliable as there is negligible downtime. We use Kickserv to run our plumbing business smoothly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a minor issue with Quickbooks Online sync where contact names are repeated on the invoices. I wish the app offered real time GPS for technicians. I understand the vendor is working on these issues and will rectify them shortly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Kickserv to keep track of our technicans’ work without needing to contact them. We get useful info from various fields for job descriptions, time tracking, notes, etc. and this resource helps us stay updated on what happens with each job and customer.

Ideal application for service businesses

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that Kickserv is so easy to use. It is simple to create invoices, estimates, and customers. I can schedule jobs, employee time off and other calendar events easily. The estimate approval process is a big benefit as is the QuickBooks integration. Kickserv has become an indispensable tool for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A major drawback is there is no iOS app and the mobile site is more complex to navigate compared to the desktop version. Another glitch is the charge type is not displayed on invoices and estimates. It would be great to show whether the charge is per pound or each.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kickserv helps us to resolve pains associated with scheduling, sending invoices and estimates, and CRM work. It is saving a lot of time for our employees.

A really great tool that deserves 5 stars!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I was able to take this tool on a test-drive for as long as 15 days. We decided to subscribe to it because it offers a reliable platform to which we can manage our business (especially when it comes to sending out invoices) as well as our customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their customer service reps are quite slow to respond whenever we file for bugs and issues. Also, this tool works best on a PC. I would not recommend you to use this on your mobile as it can be quite slow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kickserv has been taking care of some recurring tasks such as sending out invoices and organizing office data. It is both efficient and reliable. I highly recommend this tool.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is every manager’s dream. Not only does it help you stay on top of your work processes, but it also helps you establish a bond with your customers too. The interface is very easy to understand, and it integrates smoothly with all the other platforms that I manage. Now with all of my data synced smoothly across all platforms, I can confidently manage my business online. To top this all off, my workers on the field can communicate better with my staff here at the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have nothing but positive feedback for this tool. All of its features are well utilized in my company.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have to say that Kickserv has streamlined most of my processes. Because it syncs my data across all platforms, I am now better organized with my work. Remote work has been easier too with everything just within reach too.

The platform keeps improving

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software seems difficult initially, but as you use it for a sales cycle you understand that the vendor has done a good job. We are a service business and I love the user-friendly interface as well as easy scheduling and dispatching. The best part of the software is it is easy to follow the information flow from the beginning to the end of a sales cycle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The major drawback is the software lacks search fields and reports. I wish I had the ability to search more fields and generate more reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Kickserv offers a lot of benefits. We have resolved our business scheduling and dispatching concerns. It helps to track paid and unpaid jobs. I made more money as the software reminded me to call back clients. We’ve also got rid of paperwork by using the online application and resources while working in the field.

Kickserv is a very impressive tool that has been of great use to our business

What are the best aspects of this product?

Before, our staff suffers from a lack of organization when carrying out their individual works and it was disastrous. But when we started using Kickserv, many things have changed for the better and we were able to achieve more. The system for online payment, for example, is really excellent. Right now, this product is a must-have tool for us when working on a problem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing about this software that we could complain about because it has done wonders for our company. Thanks to this, we have attracted a lot of good clients and are receiving great feedback from them as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We would like to connect our process of production with a system for customer management in order to hasten our general operation. Thanks to Kickserv, we were able to do that. We're also able to lower our expenses and focus our attention more to our customers.

"It is a great tool for the development of my company"

What do you like best?

I like the billing process, I also make the administrative process easier with the use of the Kickserv software, it helps me to manage my tasks in a faster and more efficient way, it also brings a function to remind me of my work every 24 hours, I can Better schedule my activities and I also receive the notification on my mobile. I like the program interface and its fluidity of service

What do you dislike?

I think the mobile application should improve a bit, sometimes it is slow and it is difficult to manage the tasks. However, this is not a big problem. Despite this, I have no complaints with this software, it has solved big problems of my company

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Any company or business that wishes to organize their work in a comfortable, cheap and orderly way, should use this software, it is very easy to use and also has many benefits of organizing incredible tasks
