It is a very practical system to use and easy to control. With it, I can manage users and monitor performance reports throughout the week, which helps me understand each one's productivity.

The disadvantage would be the need to perform a manual installation on each computer, but this only needs to be done once.

It helps to identify unproductive users and to understand, based on history, the reason for the lack of production.

It is a great software, the real-time visualization is what pleases me the most.

I think the function to see what the user types could be more refined.

Kickidler is a very good system, simple to set up, and provides a great increase in productivity. I love the screen monitoring because it's good to keep an eye on the clever ones at work. As an admin, I don't need to stay in the room watching each employee; I can monitor each screen from wherever I am. The ease of initial setup of Kickidler was great, with support that made everything very easy.

So, the employee's schedule should be minute by minute, because here I have three shifts, from 08:00 to 18:00, from 08:00 to 16:20, from 10:00 to 18:20, from 12:00 to 20:20. I am having serious problems configuring these schedules.
