Keka is perhaps a new nova in the world of HRMS which is actively evolving however the UI of the keka is the best and that is the single most important reason to opt for Keka even after an extensive span of 4 years of hands-on experience. The customer support was from another world with only extra milers. We have been using this for more than 4 years and the features keep improving based on the market needs the implementation was smooth and the icing on the cake was the seamless integration. We use it every day to manage our HR operations.
How can we choose between two eyes when both give us the freedom of vision? However, the occasional ambiguity in prevails in the after-sales follow-through.
The most significant aspect is the integration of the core HR like time attendance, payroll et al.

Our company has been using this Keka HR portal more than 2 years and it works flawlessly, starting from the interface of the website to their reliability they provide when using the portal is amazing.

I have used many HR portals in my previous organisations , but nothing was this simple and easy to use. From the training to implementation I was always guided and supported by their excellent team members that the integration was done without any complications. Even though this was the first time I was doing payroll independently, I never felt it, Keka was alwys there to support me. Even after implementation their after customer success team is always one call or mail away to assist you at all times. It's user friendly not only to the HRs but even to the employees. My job requires me to use the portal frequently, that is everyday, i find it very easy to use.
They have some good and easy features to use like their payroll is so simple and easy to use that anyone with a couple of hours of training can easily get it done.
I have not come across anything downside till now and I know that it will only go upside and not the other way round.
We are company of 25 employees, my problem was payroll, which Keka HR has completely resolved.
Its interface is good and the responses from the customer sucess team is quick. Its largely bug free and has alot of good features. This is my first HRMS ERP but from speaking to my colleagues with exposure to other tools they found keka to best so far. The Review system is excellent even though there is room for improvement in somethings.
The fact that I cant download the reviews in excel format, the F&F is very complicated in keka a simpler implementation or the ability for us add our components like a salary structure would be nice. The performance/ Goal sub goal system needs a complete rework as its trash as it stands and feels like a checklist rather than a performance gauger.
Attendance/location tracking, review system prevents the use of 300+ microsoft forms, the reports are excellent but the need of custom reports would be greatly benificial.
A very employee friendly HRMS, attendance, payroll can be easily managed with a click of a button, the POC Siril George is always ready to help and slves queries quickly. initially it took time for me to use the software, however now it hardly takes time to run the payroll
Nothing dislike as such, howveer if the HR policies access is given that would be really helpful
its all autoised and we dont need to enter much details , bec it gives us the option for employee to fill in the details, by this the HR time is saved, and all the details of employees are saved in one platform.

• Working hours - The live chat system is available only from Mon-Fri, 10 am - 6 pm
• Language barrier - In India, most companies have employed strength who are comfortable speaking Hindi very often.
Ever since we bought KEKA, it has solved a lot of previously existing problems in our company.
• Attendance Management - Before KEKA, we just had a biometric system that any employee could easily cheat on.
• Leave Management - We did not have proper leave management. None of the employees would know how many leaves they have or how they should plan their leaves.
• Real-time updates of employees - Now we know which employee from which department is on leave today or in that month
• Payroll - Because of KEKA, now we can process the salaries on time.
• Employee Birthdays/Work Anniversaries - because of KEKA, we started having frequent celebrations at our office. Employees wish and greet each other. This resulted in a healthy working environment and employee wellness.
Absolutely user friendly and prompt service. Very less turnover time.

As a startup, we certainly have manpower issues when it comes to adminstration. We do not have the bandwith to invest into multiple HR professionals.
