I recently thought I had an issue with…

I recently thought I had an issue with Kashflow, but on contacting support, who I thought was struggling to help, I was horrified to realise it was actually my fault not the software. Like too many people I wrongly jumped to the conclusion that the problem was the softsware, whereas it was "user error" .......... I have been using Kashflow now for more than 8 years, and seen so many improvements that I have no issues in recommending it to everyone to use.

I set up my accounts on Kashflow a few months ago, and have not had any issues and find it quick and easy to use. I like that I can access it from anywhere. It works well on my Iphone in a browser so there is no need for a app, which I think is why they have not bothered to update it.

Great app even for non-finance managers!

PROS: Our accounting team uses this app for their bookkeeping, but they let me use it to help me track shipments and compute previous and future company spendings.

CONS: I only use some of the features of this app, and I haven't had any issues yet. So far, all good!

KashFlow is the real deal!

PROS: KashFlow has an insane storage system. I can store as many files as I want without having to worry about storage space. It also allows you to access your files anytime, anywhere, because of its mobile app version.

CONS: Ease of navigation can still be improved, aside from this, this app works perfectly.

An essential tool for businesses

PROS: This program is really helpful in managing accounts and processing invoices. If you don't have an accountant, this app can help you do the work. It is easy to learn, manageable, and customizable depending on the nature of your company. And did I mention they have an amazing customer service, too? Yes, they have an accountant available on call to help you troubleshoot if you're encountering any issue. Five stars!

CONS: Setting up is a little complicated, but once it's running, everything else is working well! They can also do some revamp on the dashboard to make it more appealing to look at.
