people used other products because join.me marketing is not properly done

easy to join from everywhere to provide support to all customers

Join.me is an application for everyday screen sharing. Join.me helps me with quickly sharing our screen with anyone. Join.me is also widely used for collaborative team meetings. It helps us with co-browsing with leads and customers.

Its acceptance on Leads and customers is a challenge, nothing with the application but has to be rethought with the marketing team on its sales efforts and adaptability blogs.

It's a good to have an application, affordable and best suited for small and mid size businesses.

We are using it as an everyday tool. It helps us with Ease of access for participants, Mobility, and user experience, its amazing collaboration features. Its Integration and affordability as an overall package.

Its as simple as just typing the passcode and entering the meeting room ! very secure, fast and simple. the applications is also very robust hardly ever failing.

they can work a bit in terms of the quality of the video, since at times (not always) I believe it can be improved

I need to have live meetings with my clients in order to get a better business, this platform helps me to have video meetings with everyone. plus with the screensharing button, I can discuss the important processes with them !

I like the best thing about this software is the friendly users' approach. All the features are easy to understand and help me daily. It is good for customer support and ease of integration that compels me tofrequently use it.

I do not see any disadvantage in this software.

I do remote work and this software helps me to do video conferences with my clients who belong to anywhere in the world. I have found it easiest and quick software that can easily connect me with my clients.

Join mei like that its easy to navigate to our chat and there's a way to have it a video meeting or just voice to listen and speak.

I dont have any dislikes it is easy to link up to your meeting and the voice quality is great.

Working from home threw a platform it is very easy to connect with my team and have a full chatroom where we can choose to show on camera or just speak or a button to listen when the meeting leader talks.

It's easy enough that non-technical people can join the call without a lot of drama. Send a link with the code and that's it.

I don't really have anything that I disliked. It took me a few minutes to get used to the interface, but that's normal with a new program.

I have clients who are older and/or technologically challenged, so having the easy on/off process that is Join.Me was a blessing. It was super easy to send the invitation and I very rarely had to offer tech support to help my clients to get into the meeting and able to participate.

Providing free joining for a trial period.

It's is good, although, but too expensive, that is more than enough for Asians

I was working in a call center at UK Airfares, so sometimes we used join.me for meeting from Pakistan to the UK live meeting with our team members

I can quickly connect with my IT department to resolve any and all computer problems. I don't have to watch work pile up waiting for them to get to the offfice.

Nothing, There is not one thing about join.me that I do not like.

Productivity. It used to take hours to get computer issues resolved VS now where it takes minutes.
