What do you like best about iSpring Suite?It works well with PowerPoint, and the customer service team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I need support (latest assistance was from Sofia L. who solved me lots time in identifying an issue with my training course).What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?It took me a while to fully understand all the variables involved in creating content.What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps me create interactive training content without needing a lot of training myself.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?I love the ease of converting and creating web-format materials, as well as the ability to easily share courses with a simple link. The platform is very smooth and intuitive, especially if you are already familiar with PowerPoint. Additionally, iSpring Suite helps me save time on translations and creating interactions. The installation was very simple with direct integration into PowerPoint and an easy login process.What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?So, what could be improved, it would rather concern everything related to animation, I think we can do more animation. A little more fluidity, so modernize, with the integration of videos that are a bit simpler. The generation of videos, for example, but especially at the level of audio scripts, we really have an issue there, it's that we have to exit and enter a slide to be able to copy and paste the script, when you have 60 slides, it's super redundant and can lead to many errors.What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?iSpring Suite saves me time on translations, helps create interactions, and easily converts and shares training materials online, shortening validation processes.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?The Quizmaker product is very robust with a large variety of question types; possibly the best trait along with strong LMS integration. The 24/7 customer support is excellent. The suite tools are easy to use and the interface is intuitive.What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?It's not the cheapest product suite on the market, but priced competitively.What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?Suite is used to create training courses and online certification exams.

I also appreciate the balanced mixture of useful and meaningful tools without cluttering the program with too many 'nice-to-have' features. Additionally, I'm quite satisfied with its good performance and the quality of the voices provided. I also find it great that I can convert video content to interactive written material. The initial setup was super easy, just a few clicks and no complications, which really stands out because before using iSpring, we would create this material manually. I only use it with PowerPoint, and I am really satisfied with how well it integrates. I can't think of anything that doesn’t work well for me, honestly, the tool is great. I love that it's embedded directly in PowerPoint and not a separate app, which keeps my focus intact, unlike other powerful apps that require separate interfaces. Setting it up was a breeze with no complications, and I absolutely value how it enhances my daily workflow, which is why I'd rate it a 10 and recommend it to others.What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?I primarily use Microsoft web apps, and iSpring does not work in the web app, so I switched over to the PowerPoint Desktop app so I could use it.
