I like the cPanel Reseller access and WHM availability

I dislike the constant server downtime and the problem with the shared server (easy to get hacked).

Currently, it benefits me in hosting a few websites. I like that I can create a separate cpanel for each website.

I really like HostGator’s hosting features, especially shared hosting. The easy-to-use dashboard is a highlight, making website management straightforward, and it includes all of my websites in one place. Installation of content management systems like WordPress is incredibly simple, which adds to the overall efficiency I experience. HostGator’s services are unique and stand out when compared to other hosting platforms. Moreover, I have been using HostGator since 2009, which speaks volumes about my satisfaction and loyalty to their services and features. I value the seamless experience and reliability that HostGator provides over such a significant duration.

I think the number of email addresses provided with the shared hosting plan could be increased. Sometimes, my clients request me to create 10 to 15 email addresses, and currently, the allowance does not always meet this demand. I've heard other platforms offer more email options, and having this feature would be an improvement. Otherwise, all other features are perfect.

HostGator simplifies my hosting needs, provides domain purchasing, and allows creating official email addresses with shared hosting, resolving multiple hosting challenges.

It made purchasing the domain really simple. I have actually purchased more than one domain from them. We purchase a couple years at a time so we save money.

It is not the easiest to use if they are not hosing your sight. Also, customer service is a chat. Can’t get someone on the phone.

The best thing I can say about them is their service. They have not compromised on that. It was above my expectation.

Yearly charges are increasing which is a burden for us to maintain that costs.

Email issues, DNS issues, space issues, hosting server issues, backup issues..

Hostgator has been easy to use, they cloned our websites, made the websites secure and their customer service is on top of any issue we have had right away.

The only thing I don't like is that our site has gone down a few times here and there but its not necessarily their fault, just issues with the server.

If you are looking for a hosting company, use HostGator, you won't be disappointed.

The benefits from switching to HostGator have been that our site is secure now, I have way more options for editing the sites as well.

I had never used and domain but when navigating on HostGator, Payments, managing Server and everything is at ease.

Adding or getting a new domain was not a hassel and managing multiple domain did not had any concerns at all. Live chat is also very effective.
