What do you like best about HENO?

Very easy to learn and put to use. Tabs are self explanatory. Heno has the ability to streamline all activities into one system for the entire practice. I have been impressed with the functionality of this program. You can customize it to your practice needs. I would highly recommend this software.

What do you dislike about HENO?

Switching to a new system has a learning curve, but it does not take too long to catch onto.

What problems is HENO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything you need is in this system. It is easy to navigate EMR, charts, notes, etc.

What do you like best about HENO?

I love that Heno allows you to do billing, documentation, faxing, and scheduling all within one system. It is very easy to navigate and use.

What do you dislike about HENO?

At times, HENO can shut down which is an inconvenience, but that happens with a lot of EMR systems, and does not happen very often.

What problems is HENO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows for billing, documentation, faxing and scheduling all in one system, where we were using 3-4 systems before.
