We've replaced my terrible and dull quarterly security awareness class with Haekka. My users could not be more pleased with the improved quality and I could not be more pleased with their improved completion rate. And you've gotta love hearing this from the boss:

"I've literally never done a security training that I could describe as remotely delightful. But this was! What a fun way to learn things. I could not recommend Haekka more!"

This is a required field, but really i have nothing to add here.

Our team lives in Slackk and I love that we don't need to log in to another platform in order to properly train our team.

All of the lessons aren't completely applicable to our business, but it is useful information nonetheless.

Security, privacy and compliance are critical to our business. Haekka makes it super simple to keep all 3 top of mind.

Very accessible to employees, so it is easy to get them to go through the training. You can also easily create small ad-hoc training/acknowledgement modules to capture audit records that employees have acknowledged a policy or lesson.

While it works great for our use case, if you do not trust your employees, the platform does not force them to watch the video. Some other platforms disable the "next" button until the user completes the video content. I could see some companies not being willing to accept that.

We use Haekka for our annual InfoSec Compliance training, advanced security training for engineers, and tracking acknowledgment of minor policies or changes.

Very easy to see status of training completions, ensure new employees are added to existing training and seamless integration into Slack.

Training class suite is still being expanded relative to other competitors but more than meets the requirements for compliance and training purposes.

Haekka makes it incredibly easy to get up and running with Security Training when the entire team is already on Slack. It is one less place that everyone needs to go and do their training so the experience has been seamless for our team.

Our security training is split up by department so it would be great to have it automatically assign training to those in correct departments (based on google workspace settings). Currently, we have to go through a manual step of assigning the training which while is quick and easy ends up being an extra step for HR to do.

Getting the right people to do the right security training for

Automating the assignment and tracking of training for new employees using a pre-existing, well-adpoted tool like Slack is genius. Nothing is worse than requiring employees to sign up with yet another service when they start their jobs. Haekka was crazy easy to set up and has more than paid for itself.

There are some improvements to reporting the completion of training that could be made, and in general, there may be a limit to how far a Slack app can go.

As a healthcare company, it's crucial to train each employee early and often on core practical items concerning security, privacy, etc... Haekka has made this process painless but it hasn't come at the cost of quality training.

Haekka is an excellent option if your organization uses Slack regularly.

Haekka solves our need for HIPAA compliance and SOC 2 security awareness trainings. The seamless integration with Slack has made onboarding new employees a breeze. The certificates of completion automatically recorded and generated have made evidence tracking for security audits effortless. The automated reminders have eliminated wasted time chasing people down to complete their trainings.

I like that it is in Slack, where I already spend most of my time anyways.

They are required pieces of training, so they are semi-dull.

It allows me to get my required training done.

I appreciate the reminders that the app sends out to make you aware of an upcoming deadline. I also like that the lessons are very easy to understand and straight to the point.

When you answer questions on the quizzes, it's hard to tell if your own answers were right or wrong bc afterward it highlights all of the answers and indicates which ones are correct and incorrect.

We've used Haekka for virtual employee onboarding since we do not work in person. This has helped our onboarding process go smoothly and is simplistic enough for all employee backgrounds.

Haekka has made essential trainings for our employees very easy for our staff, and for us on the back end to monitor progress.

The scenarios could be a little more realistic, and the testing function could go a little further in explaining a wrong answer.

Needing an ELM that is Slack integrated and covers essential topics like SOC 2, HIPAA, etc. and is easy to use.
