Great phone system for small business

What do you like best about Grasshopper?It is easy to use and effective and affordable. Calls come through and the app is easy to navigate. We use it daily for our business and haven't had any communication issues since switching over to it.What do you dislike about Grasshopper?I dont like that the phone calls come in without showing caller ID or the name of the caller, even if the person is a saved contact.What problems is Grasshopper solving and how is that benefiting you?Our old phone system was also VOIP but much much more expensive and the cost was unnecessarily high. It was also very hard to navigate and overcomplicated. I appreciate that Grasshopper is very straightforwrd.
