I love the ease of setting up campaigns in Bonzo. I can ensure that I stay Top Of Mind by utilizing texts, email and voicemails. I also really love that they are updating features each month.
I did not ever receive the full onboarding.
I was having a hard time keeping my contacts organized and figuring out how to always stay in front of them. Bonzo has not only helped me organize my contacts but create campaigns that are providing value and creating engagement.
I like how Bonzo has simplified my life!
Being limited to the number of contacts you can import at once is a downfall.

The best thing about bonzo is the mobile app. I am able to keep in touch with clients in real time. Email and text messages feature is awesome.
Only thing I wish Bonzo would integrate is the pre-record voicemail feature in the mobile app. Love the desktop version
Answering and responding to clients needs in real time
With our industry constricting many bank and brokers have limited or done away with a central admin to monitor and orchestrate CRMs. Bonzo has helped to fill the void. They bring in social, video, email, text and even dialing functions to make it easy for you to customize features, implement with ease and even have office hours, 2 times/week to help support the loan officer with ease. This isn't a dislike with the dialer had functionality that more mirrored that of Phoneburner. I also wish the text threads could be received with all parties involved.
Staying in touch on so many levels with ease.
Bonzo allowed me to cut cost and complications by bringing most of what I need from software into one program (saving me hours trying to figure out who to call for support when the tech stack wasn't integrating). They also spend so much time and effort improving the program and adding new things as loan officer needs evolve
The mobile app isn't great but it's getting better and they are still working on it
So much easier to track the pipeline and send communication thanit was in other CRMs
Bonzo is easy to navigate and super easy to implement from another CRM. I signed up for the 'extra help' for a few months and it's worth the money. All of my questions are being answered, I have had 4 one on one calls in just 45 days to teach me the ins and outs. I feel comfortable, just after 45 days, using Bonzo in my every day use.

As someone newer to the industry, Bonzo provides so many tools all under one roof that allows me to communicate to my clients and partners seemlessly. The ease of use and custimitzation of the internal systems has enabled me to constantly refine my processes for before, during and after the transaction. This ultimately makes it easier to stay top of mind with everyone through different channels of communication such as text, call, voicemail, and video! It's so easy to implement and the CRM intergrates well with other third party apps such as my LOS. Whenever I have a question about how to set up something the customer support not only tells you but shows you the steps with a "How To" video. I am always on the go and one thing that I wanted with my CRM is a mobile app feature. Never missing a call or text from a client or partner. Lets not forget about their FB community where you can learn best practices from other Bonzo users. Ease of use, mobile friendly, and them constanty improving and adding more features is what I love most about the Bonzo platform.-- They say when you first start out to find a CRM that you frequently use and this is it!

Easy to use from the start. We've been using for over 2 years & love it.
Sometimes it takes a while to get a reply for support.
Status updates to clients for pipeline milestones. Keeping track of not losing leads.
I like how it has a CRM with marketing tools combine.
Poor Customer Service. Can only communicate through chat and takes forever to get issues resolved.

Bonzo is the all you can eat platform and what I mean by that is that it offers phone, text, video and email capabilities all in one platform. I made the switch from Jungo which was a bit too much for my taste. It is also nice that Bonzo intergrates with my POS/LOS system to pull data directly into Bonzo. The system also makes it easy to create new campaigns, pipeline views and has an AD manager as well. The price of all this is really reasonable and I think Bonzo should be on the top of the list when looking for a CRM. They are always listening and trying to improve the platform.
I think support sometimes takes a while to respond or get answer. I do feel like some of the extra features should just be features that come with the monthly rate you are paying (for example pipelines). For users who are looking for a plug and play type CRM, they do have some pre-built campaigns but for the most part you will need to create your own or hire the bonzo team or an outside source.
I don't have any specific problems but I do know they are always trying to improve and tweak things based on user feedback.
