What do you like best about Fullscript?

Integrates with our EMR. Excellent customer support team. Monthly reports provided automatically. Enables our RDNs to easily recommend high quality, GMP certified, and 3rd party tested supplements to our clients while also giving them a discount.

What do you dislike about Fullscript?

In my opinion, there are no downsides to using fullscript. It's there for our providers and clients if relevant, but we aren't obligated to use it. We are excited about their lab feature, but it's too early to provide constructive feedback.

What problems is Fullscript solving and how is that benefiting you?

Peace of mind. We know that if our clients order supplements through fullscript they are getting products that are high quality and vetted. Our providers benefit from the ease of recommending. It also gives us the opportunity to make additional revenue on our supplement recommendations, which is nice, but the bigger aspect is our ability to pass a discount onto our clients.

I've been ordering from Emerson for…

I've been ordering from Emerson for years and have always found the staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Just recently I sent them an order and received my order number. I then realized I had forgotten 1 item and quickly emailed them requesting to add it on to my previous order. They informed me that it had already been sent to the warehouse. They also issued me a shipping credit for the one item. Kudos and lots of appreciation
